Hi all,
the recent bloodbath pushed me to start investing in the crypto market. My current position is approx. 33% BTC/ETH/EOS. What would be your recommendation for a balanced crypto portfolio for the next 6-12 months?
Thanks!

for sure bitcoin raised 6 months from now all holders they can got satisfied earnings using their patience
ethereum price follow to king to increase their value in the market
EOS potential also to increase their value at the market depends on the volume of the investors demands but I do not sure when comes up.

I think that you should continue to concentrate on the coin that does have a high market share and transaction volume. By having the coin then you will get comfort in investing and the opportunity to experience the loss will be much smaller. This is a form of choice and for me choosing a coin that is in the top 10 best coin can be a top choice.

You can see on this link: https://coinmarketcap.com/. By choosing a high marketcap then you open up the opportunity that the investment we have will grow and get closer that the coin will have an increased price in the future.

That is it? Only 3 altcoins? Oh come on, you can do better. Monero, litecoin, ripple and a few other top tier altcoins are dirt cheap at the moment. If the price go back to their last ATH, then you can even be a millionaire, depending upon how much you invest. I don't make specific allocations, I keep a limit per coin rather. Like investing 0.05 BTC for one alt and 0.1BTC for another. Allocation, I don't care much. Just go with the wind. If you don't keep your portfolio diversely, get ready to get fucked up in the behind.

Pick the best 50 coins, and put 2% for each. Roughly.

my recommendation crypto allocation is bitcoin, ethereum, ada, neo, litecoin, monero. I don't know about eos but maybe it will increase for 6-12 months later so you need to hold it for that time. besides those coins, I think you can check for iota, vechain, nem because I think this coin is a good coin also and have a potential to increase higher.

ICO is evil
For this, as you said BloodBath, I decided to stick only with the Bitcoin, so I have sold all of my alternative cryptocurrencies and transferred all the money into Bitcoin. I think bitcoin is more stable than others buy now.

I don't think Equal suggestion is good,go with most of your investment into the king of crypto and invest on the potential coins for long term investments.I think 50% or more into the bitcoin is the good option because it is both suitable for long term and short term as well and most of the cryptos just depend on the bitcoin price so invest on it.Invest on ethereum if you are really going to hold it for long term or choose the coin with high growth percentage.

To balance in your business you should have a specific and reasonable allocation of your investments, you choose among them to invest and among them you should allocate the most appropriate rate you see.

I recommend choosing the potential coin, choosing the top coin on CMC, such as BTC, ETH, Litecoin, BCH .... etc. These coins can be created for you. Profitable and more secure than other coins.

I feel like an old man with only Bitcoin that I hodl, and that for a very long time. I don't even remember the last time I actually bought an altcoin, which some people will see as a missed opportunity with all projects available.

My basic principle is that I avoid that what doesn't catch my interest and understanding, and I think that's definitely the case when it comes to altcoins and tokens. Maybe because they don't offer much actual use.

The only altcoin that I would, and maybe might end up buying at some point, is Ethereum. Purely because of its first mover advantage that it maintains pretty firmly just like Bitcoin does. Nothing will be able to beat them.

I however am interested what part of the industry will experience a massive boom after Ethereum. Bitcoin is the digital equivalent of gold, where Ethereum serves as platform for all kinds of uses and DAPS.

Any people have an idea?
As Warren Buffett once said “Keep all your eggs in one basket, but watch that basket closely” if you invested in bitcoin early what is the point to invest in a cryptocurrency that is nowhere near as good as bitcoin, what it is the point to diversify your investment at that point, if anything more money should go to bitcoin, all of those taking their chances with altcoins are doing it because they hope to get more bitcoin in return than the bitcoin they invested.

I think all the coin you mentioned is a potential Coin in the future. it's up to you to trade or long-term investments. but I think the bitcoin for the long term without thinking twice about it, because the price of bitcoin is higher than altcoin. and I think altcoin we use for the short term and for daily trading. every day you have to work to trade altcoin as they go up and down, by looking at the state of the market. and it will add benefits to you.

Each one of us has a different strategy on investing so a particular investor could consider all of our recommendations. There are no bad suggestions at all so his choice will just depends on his preference.

But if I were ask, I always go to Bitcoin and Ethereum with 50% allocation each.
you're right every user has a different strategy so it will make the allocation also different. the strategy is seen from your financial ability as well and your courage in taking risks. suppose if your money is big enough maybe you can also allocate funds to some other altcoin

I will do EOS 100% than spend much money on Ether and Bitcoin. Holding bitcoin and Ether are not profitable again unless trading with them.

There are so many combinations you can actually invest in in this market. That is why many people really have a hard time determining which coins or tokens to invest it, because actually, the sky is the limit here. However, one must consider which coin would actually bring forth good movement and command good support from the community. Usually, those coins that have better chances are born out of projects that hold a new concept, if not, show a big improvement from their predecessors.

Good selections right there buddy. But a more mix of potential altcoins can also make the wallet more balanced and cool. Stack up some handful of NPXS too and you'd be glad you did.

I always buy eth,ltc or btc during the bull trends, you can easily check which one is the strongest and buy that one. I would personally invest in Vechain, definitely a serious coin, tons of partnerships and tons of good news all the time.
