This time is not a good time for traders. Because the price in the market today is very down and some traders cry with this situation. Maybe it's better to wait a while longer until the price is stable on the market and we can determine where the good coins we can buy even if you want to make an investment.

There is no rule for that. It depends on your satisfying level. When your profit is $3 for 1 coin, you sastified, you can sell. But with otheres, they arenot. They still want to wait for higher profits.
That's all.
The decision of selling will come when you satisfy with the price at that time.

You can't say the best time because every second count the market was moving I think it is best you spend more time checking the market because that was really the basic things for traders.

The most suitable time to sell altcoins is their highest position of price level and thanks to this your income will be maximized at all, and the risk will be lower.

I think for me it is time to sell my coins when the price of the coins have doubled since   the point at which I bought the coins.. A hundred percent profit for me is a realistic goal and that way I know exactly when to sell my coins and not let greed get the better of me. Sometimes I would take fifty percent profit, it is better than nothing.

to sell the current altcoin is the wrong thing to do. better to be patient and wait because altcoin will of course still be able to experience quite an interesting development in some time in the future. especially if seen market conditions like these of course also is not profitable if it sells at the cheap price.

With me actively monitoring market developments, I know when is the right time for me to buy and sell my altcoin assets. The advantage of actively monitoring the market other than that is that I know the coins that are worth investing in and coins that are not worth maintaining. I buy altcoin when the price is low or when the price is stable, then I will sell it when the price of the coin has expanded and made a profit for me.

If you want to know when is the right time to sell the coins we have, of course of market conditions. If I would usually give me a target. The price must be approaches the target price I want.
It is true that I think it all depends on crypto's own market conditions,
if for the moment I think we don't sell our altcoins because the market is down,
the most important thing is we remain patient to wait for the market to recover

If you really want to know when to sell all your hoildings, you must check the market condition, if the price is stable and it is in your targeted price than usual, you can sell it. It is also depends on you, if youre really in need of money you can sell your altcoins even if the price is in low value.

It is impossible to predict pick point, at the same time some of the coins can grow like 10x times in a few weeks, so when it happen, I consider it as a pick.
Don't be greedy, fix your profit!

Just wondering if ya'll have a typical formula you go by or a certain X percentage profit or loss.

I've been playing around with coins for just under a month now. $23750 total investment and currently up just under 10k in profit. One of the coins (IOTA) has gone up about 288%.  Obviously it would suck if it crashed but it would equally suck to sell if it continues to grow.

Just wondering what a lot of you folks do. I'm considering investing another 25 or 50k into coins. Ideally I'd like to net 15k a month off them but I know that may not be realistic on a monthly basis.

I agree, I will sell altcoins if I already have a value above the purchase value, because that means it is profitable. By setting a standard price for each altcoin, if the price has been reached, I will sell several altcoins, and some will remain for long-term investments. This may be a wise way to treat coins.

I hold ETH and EOS.  I'll hold the coin until the price of ETH grows to $ 1000 and I keep EOS for a long term.

I sell altcoins only when its price increases by at least 100 percent. Most altcoins that I have I keep in the long run. But if you bought questionable altcoins, then maybe you should sell them.

It seems to me that everything depends on what term to hold a coin for.  If you hold a coin for a long term, then yes, it makes sense to wait when the price grows 2 times.

When we invest in the coins that time we have a target point .When we reach that point that was the right time to sell the coin.May be it takes time but at the end of the year investors are always in profit.
You're right.  And do not be greedy.  It is better to sell and make a profit than to hold the coins for a few more months and lose everything.

It can only determine when its time to sell your altcoin when the market really goes up high. Which the increase of market increasingly proportional up to 25-40 percent off during the recovery. Since everyone has its point when its time of sell off the token or coins.

When you hold the coins and the price of these coins has increased significantly, I advise you not to be greedy, because you can lose a good profit.

If I hold a coin for a short term, I usually wait for the market to recover completely and then sell the coins.
