Even the experts themselves advices us not to get involved in this game then who are we to still going in casinos. I think you need to set two goals, first one is how much you want to spend, and the second one is when you gonna stop, how much you want to get. You win or you lose it doesn't matter just stop after your limit is reached.

I don’t think any gambler can stay for 12 hours for the sake of gambling because no one can afford such a big loss. Also it would be very tiring for the gambler to play for 12 hours and he would become very frustrated from it. It is not even about the time, it is about what you are willing to gamble with. Simply put, gamble with what you can afford to lose, and once you hit that limit, walk away and do not look back. It takes discipline and self control, and if that is not in play with your gambling activities, then you are going to be having a bad day ahead with a lot of losses due to the inability to control yourself to stop. maybe if we have another things that we need to do, we can know that it's the time to stop from playing the games. usually, people do like this and they will leave the gambling places as soon as they can because their works are important to them but this will not happen with the addicting people in gambling and they still playing the games no matter if they have another jobs.

Nevertheless, not having this target is what has made some people to always end up being put in the corner where they give up to the impulse that comes with gambling until they end up losing everything. Target in which aspect? In gambling or in any other field of life. I think that the best time for the person to stop gambling is the time when he is at the peak of his career. I know it is very difficult thing for not only gambler but also for the people related to other profession because no one would like to kick a luxurious life and live a life in which he has no food for meeting his hunger but that will be beneficial for him at the end. There is no career in gambling and it is just a game of chance and luck. If you are talking about the peak of what he has budgeted to gamble with, then that should always be the case. 12 hours sounds very unrealistic to me. Who can gamble for that long without having a break and how can someone have that much money too? Gambling for 12 hours mean to be a boy of some billionaire. Also, this is the worst way of killing spare time. The right time to stop gambling is when the limited amount is lost. Gambling can prove to be fatal if someone continues playing it.

You'll know it with your instinct, the loses that you are having every time you try gambling is enough for you to stop playing gambling, you are too numb if you are going to insist to yourself that you have to continue playing gambling because nothing will happen if you will quit it. Sometimes giving up the things that don't benefit us is better, yes it is easy to earn money in gambling but that is only possible if you are winning.
Don't put all your available bankroll directly in the game (in case you're using deposits). Leave always at least half outside as a security measure if you go bust.
What will you do with the other half if you bust? Would you come next day(or any other day) to gamble with it? If you have 100$ which you can afford to lose, why would you take only half of it? I think you shouldn’t try again gambling, because the gambling will only damaging to your life and there is not a good thing that can be take away from the gambling, gambling only will spend the treasure and time we become useless

stopping yourself from gambling is a very tough thing but as the person starts becoming more and more mature, they come to know that gambling is not something from which we can earn profits, it is something in which we are investing and getting our money back. Sometimes it also happens in life that you don’t win even a single game you play during the whole day.
Hmm. I was actually trying to see how maturity comes into it, but really you are right. Generally in life, if you are not matured, you will not be able to act in a way that would jeopardize you. Sometimes, immaturity based on some low life experiences has made some people to make some pathetic decisions that ended up ruining them.It is a high level of maturity to be able to control those impulses when it comes to gambling, without that even experienced gamblers also commuting mistakes due to addictions and the moments of frustrations while gambling. Stopping at right time must be an art, not possible for all the gamblers.
