It is very important that people know their limitations and control them self else if they become addictive then it will be a huge blow for them as losing money would be more than making money from the gambling. So be always cautious of it.

A lot of people are saying that it is easy to stop when you are losing or when you hit the limit but this is so hard to do when you are actually in the game or in the casino. I asked someone about it and he told me that it is really hard.

In that gambler's head, all he can think of is that he still has a chance, a hope to win that loss and will just quit or stop the game when he maybe regain what he lost or maybe won more than that. He might set a limit but nothing happens after that.

It's okay to lose if you are only looking at it as pure entertainment. You may say that losing the fun factor isn't worth it anymore but that's the cost that you can imagine you paid for.

There's still a possibility that you will lose by this strategy. Even with one bit as a base bet, it can blow up really quickly since the growth of your bet is exponential. I always start with a certain set amount and play until either thats gone or play until I am bored. For example if I start the game with 50$ to gamble and I end up finishing all of that before I got bored than I stop nevertheless, not try to recoup that at all. Usually I play like something smaller than 10 cents or so each bet so whenever I lose my money I only lose a small fraction of it and it takes a lot of time to lose all of it at which time I get bored anyway.

This means that you accept that gambling is a win lose place in which one side wins and one side loses. It is clear that you have the opportunity to win because on one side if the opponent can win then you can also win, chances of winning and losing are same but it is actually luck and the experience you have in a specific game which increases your chances of winning in game.

If you found it's hard to limit yourself in gambling that means gambling isn't the right thing to do for you. Without knowing the limit and there is always a feeling to reach as much profit as possible for sure will kill our financial soon or later.

You are right, frustration will make them lose more because while loosing continuously we have to control ourselves by not gambling any more, but most of the people will start gambling without any limits and this makes them lose more money. To make profits we have to control ourselves by setting some limits.

I don't know about another gamblers but I know when the time to stop. I often play with Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum thats why I stop when my bankroll is less than 0.01(BTC,LTC,ETH). After this amount I will start after some hours with small payouts but anyway I'll lose Grin

Every gambler in my opinion knows very well from the first day of his gambling that when he has to stop but due to some emotions of greed they have got, they are never willing to stop even when the time has come to stop. That is the only reason why almost all the gamblers are facing financial crisis all the time in their lives and will suffer if will not change.
