I think you have a confirmation bias, you simply don't notice small loses but notice big loses because they hurt much more. Just make sure that your gambling sites are provably fair.
I personally lost almost all my big bets, but I made only a few of them, so the sample size is not big enough to say "I'm losing too much high bets". The same might be true for other people.

Simply don't gamble with big amounts, small earning is always better than a big lose. Gambling is depending in luck and it's always risky, so play with the amount you afford to lose

well, I don't think so. maybe the reason is that, when you lose on smaller bets, you can still win it back by betting a little high amount of bet. However, if you have big bets and lose you have hesitations to win it back again with bigger bets (or you don't have more bankroll to win back your lose). this is just my thought though..

I really can not think of any other reason besides those two since there isn't really a relation of winning or losing chance increasing or decreasing when you gamble different amounts.
Maybe on dice sites you can lose just to be unlucky as it is very hard to know what will be happen with the roll, but in sports betting where you have to make some research about the playing teams than you can win by big amount easily, overall from my point of view there is nothing bad with you it's just matter of luck.
I think this guy make a lot of sense, since gambling in dice or any casino especially the online, you only play with your luck, and actually big bet or small bet it always count on your luck, maybe its time for you to try the other gambling like sport betting, in this way you wont feel being cheated again
It did happened to me too for my past experiences with gambling. Every time I'm going to try to play poker I'm just putting small amount when playing so things are getting positive to me and I am winning. So it makes me feel strong and confident that I'm feeling lucky that time. So, the next time I tried to play other games and putted all my winnings with poker but things did came worst.

That is the risk in gambling. In sportsbetting you are just unlucky when you are betting big and losing that big bet. In 2 years of your gambling i bet you don't just bet in a sports game, But you review every team that you are going to bet on. Sometimes in sportsbetting even we are sure of the team that we are betting there's a chance that the team we are choosing will lose the match. Every team always improve and every team have pros and cons.

In my own opinion, I think that when you bet big amount and the size of it makes you emotional thereby your judgement is impaired compared to when you bet low amount in which case you're ready to lose all. Its chance, its not a respecter of whether you committed big amount or not. That's my humble opinion though... Next time detach emotions when betting big amount... Well congrats to you winning big amount. Just like me, i always makes my satoshi into bitcoin. Since i'm afraid betting big amount that's why i only bet small amount and unfortunately i won big or lose small.
yes i have also experience that for so many times, i think there is a little logic in this, and that is that when we bit a small amount it there is no pressure on us and we gamble with free mind, but when we are going for gambling with a so much price it really put a lot of pressure on us and we cannot funny concentrate to gambling and we lose the money.

That's just how you think it is, but it isn't. I bet you relatively rarely bet big amounts compared to how many times you gamble with small amounts. The chance of winning/losing is no different from when you're betting small amounts.

Exactly I agree on this, Even I too faced this situation, When I am playing Dice with the small amount I won many times but if I bet big number I lost many times, I don't how it happen. Here we just accept our loss that's it.But in sports betting it ls not like that. Here if we go for Small or Big chance no matter, The site can not cheat us, Because it depends on the game. If our picks correct, we will win or else lose.

this happens because we cant control ourself to keep betting at higher balance, we keep betting until we loose it all, then we blame casino for not being fare, while we forget that we were winning and we choosed to continue playing.

Definitely you're just unlucky to pick the right option for betting with big amount, there is method behind to win with small amount and lose with big amount, so there is advise for you better play with small amount as you think this is doing very good job for you.

Well I can say that you have been very unlucky in this case.
Most betting sites have a provably fair system and the rolls can be verified that they are fair and are not manipulated.
My suggestion is that you stick to other types of earnings/Jobs and don't gamble much because you are going to lose in the long run.
