Do not worry about this. Stay calm because in next months bitcoin will grow up and other altcoins too. So your coins will back to norm price or maybe will grow higher
i think you can wait until the end of 2018, you can see your alcoins go up again, and see some profit when people are positive about this market
I have been holding some altcoins since January 2018, But then the market crush hard and I am not able to sell my altcoins because I am in loss with these coins.

So here you have two options first option is to invest in those coins which get down and sell those which get up with few % profit and if there is fluctuations in any coin more then it is more better to sell at small high and sell at small down and result into profit .
Second option is to hold them for long term until Thier price get increase .
Otherwise it may be possible you will remain at constant price for long time and that will give only a constance fear in your mind that you need to sell but never get into Panic sell Because you will get only loss .

It depends on how much profit you want to gain. If you are into big profits, then it is highly recommended to be patient and patience is required if you want to gain something big even in real life. When you want to get that big job, you will have to be patient to get it. Otherwise, you will not.

Dude, sometimes you will have to let go your profit and suffer some loss. Or else you will be missing the opportunity of making profit from some other coins. You might make loss, but you can eventually recover it by buying different coins which has potential and is under valued. You just have to take the risk. Now that you are losing money from the altcoin you are holding, I think you should continue to hold them. Hopefully in the next few months altcoin prices will rise again, this is the trend of the market, sure that the altcoin will increase, the crypto market is increasingly popular. The market will recover, you peace of mind to hold them.
I think it would be worth your while to hold on those altcoins. You have to understand that slumps do happen but checking on previous trends, altcoins have their way of getting back up to a more desirable price. It would be wise to check on the price from time to time and not always since it will drive you crazy just thinking when they'll be back up there. Be patient and see where that will get you.

see the chart, every year in this time market falling, after 2 or 3 month it recover it self. do not sell panicky your coins just wait for green signs shown the sell position.
always be patient if playing with cryptocurrency because we will not know what will happen one second in the future then it must be ready with all the risks that exist and accept all existing conditions
yes indeed we have to be patient with the current situation.because the benefits of all coins will come suddenly, but if for now we have to take risks first, because the price of coin is currently low. so we certainly have to be patient for the price to rise again.
The cryptocurrencies you mentioned is good for long time holding no need to worry. You are good as long as you will not sell without profit, just wait for the right time and hodling will be worth it.

Your impatience is not good for your trades. Crypto fall was expected and all the smart traders hodled a little longer. These coins are for sure coins with good perspective and in a long-term, they will bring you the profit which again depends on the amount you had invested in them. I would suggest you also to invest in some other coins and try day trading because it seems that the patient is not a bright side of you - OP!
if you buy at high then there is not anything wrong , but big mistake will be when you sell at low in loss .
