The perfect time to sell is when you're dead. This way, your coins become lost and our wealth increases. Cheers.
I am holding BTC from long time ago. And this time BTC going up can I sell now with this price? Or I can wait for more days?

I do wish it were that plain and simple. But in reality, Bitcoin has for the better part of a decade defied logical analysis, and quite frank, there seem to be some meta-logic going on in the market. Even with the right instrument you can hardly guage the correct market sentiment.
It's true that:
1. Bitcoin may or may not hit the 10k mark (or your $9999 target).
2. The market may or may not see a heavy correction after hitting the 10k mark.
3. The retracement may or may not likely determine the next bullish trend...
...on and on, goes the unpredictability and heightened level of uncertainty. But one thing is for sure volatility spike in the recent months/weeks has me wondering if the new 12-months high will see new stability.
My advice (don't take as gospel), take profit when you can and do your best to stay in the game with no regrets.
I encourage diversification too because it will be more cheaper to buy other altcoins and any time Bitcoin market value skyrocket definitely most of the altcoins will appreciate in value up to hundred percent although, it depends on how high Bitcoin market value will increase withing the period of halving.
Depend on the altcoin that you choose, because if you wrong to choose an altcoin then you will be chagrined and you will thinking to have bitcoin only on your portfolio. Remember this situation had happened at 2017 ago, many investors there convince that bitcoin and altcoin price will up continously so as they keep their asset and never had any intention to sell them, but in the fact they got wrong and lost eventually. I got that opinion because many people there believe that bitcoin will get another all time high based on its fundamental factor. As long as you keep bitcoin in your wallet and its price dump drastically I'm sure you will stay comfortable because many people there believe that altcoin will pump again. But in altcoin, what do you expect from them? What fundamental factor that will many people trust its price will touch the all time high again?

For me, I think you should hold your bitcoin for now because, halving is coming and it might affect the price of bitcoin as per its supply would decrease and when it happens demand would in return will increase causing a possible pump. But, it is not bad to have other investments other than bitcoin to diversify your investments in case the plan goes sideways.

For me, I think you should hold your bitcoin for now because, halving is coming and it might affect the price of bitcoin as per its supply would decrease and when it happens demand would in return will increase causing a possible pump. But, it is not bad to have other investments other than bitcoin to diversify your investments in case the plan goes sideways. the perfect time for me is when i can buy my dream house and car with the belongings that i hold. so bitcoin price must be 100k usd and more for me to tell that it is the perfect time 
Will you see buyers when Bitcoin market value reach $100,000 as some people are busy speculating on different social media. You will have a long way to wait and keep holding your Bitcoin or buying more Bitcoin pending when you the price of Bitcoin reach your said expected value. I am holding BTC from long time ago. the perfect time for me is when i can buy my dream house and car with the belongings that i hold. so bitcoin price must be 100k usd and more for me to tell that it is the perfect time

All depends on what you intend to sell your Bitcoin for because to me the perfect time to sell Bitcoin depends on individual perception. As for me, the perfect time for me to sell my Bitcoin if when I need to make use of the money that is the perfect time for me to convert my bitcoin to my local currency for me to be able to make purchase since none of the shops in my city accept Bitcoin and other altcoins.

If it is only for the short term then it is already profitable in my opinion what you are doing is quite good too because it has held up the current price increase and of course with this increase there is a lot of positive news about bitcoin going forward.

Being in RED color doesn't mean that is a perfect time to buy nor a perfect time to sell when the color turns into green. Because I don't look that way, I only consider selling once I already see that I am gaining, the color doesn't matter for me. Yes, no doubt we should know the right time for selling and buying. We can buy some coins when the market is bearish and have to keep holding until it's become bullish.
