Cryptocurrency is very interesting market. Where prices of coins fluctuate drastically. Cryptocurrency work like life cycle process.  Which have few stages like intorduction of coin, growth , maturity and then decline. So if you are able to understand these stages you will surely get massive returns on investment. According to me best time to buy alt coin is in growth stage where price of the coin is lower than maturity stage. And best time to sell the coin in maturity stage when price of the coin is on peak. So you should have the ability to understand the life cycle of  the coin for massive returns. But dont forget exceptions are always there.

I think the best time to buy altcoins when you see that market is red and price is low) Because when it will grow on coins that you have you will have a good frofit in the future) Of course you have to sudy the market and pick the right coin for this!

i cant suggest others coin, except bitcoin. bitcoin is the best deal now IMO
it is at cheap price, high potential to up 2-5x.

I read somewhere that the supply of ETH will limit within few months and this will most likely rise the market values of ETH that have been receding and going down for almost more than half of a year now. So it looks like the best time to invest and claim some of the coins.

No doubt indeed with the condition of falling coin prices, this is certainly the right time to buy,

Personally, I believe if you have interest to buy any crypto, this is still a very good time to do that because the price of this coin is low and if you buy and hold them especially on long term, you will make reasonable profit from it because the price would have appreciated more than the amount you bought it as you will sell at high price.
