They don't want to get involved in blockchain probably so as to prevent the direct hijacking of apple's secret files or treasuries
How does acceptance of bitcoin or getting involved in blockchain have anything to do with hijacking of their files? It has totally nothing to do with it and if what you are trying to refer to is the hacking that goes on like the ransom ware attack, I am sure they have a great team in place to prevent some of that.

Nevertheless, I am sure the only thing that would make them not accept just like any other merchant right now is just the high level of volatility and the assurance the market has not yet given for mainstream adoption.

If what most of the people here speculated and expected of bitcoins and altcoins
for this year will positively go forward, we might be able to see and experience
plenty of major changes, with and through the major adaptations and utilizations
of bitcoins as payment options in stores, businesses and numerous services
everywhere. Giant companies like apple, samsung and other major brands will
accept cryptocurrency and integrate them more with their upcoming ventures
and products. I think if this will happen, we will see a new era of business
transactions with a fast and conveniently effectual payment system that caters
to the majority in a wider scale and spectrum. A truly revolutionary market.
Yeah, some of the changes that we would experience will be the usage of lightening network, which I believe would bring a lot of changes to the bitcoin sector on lightening transactions and adoption on the mainstream level. I have no doubt this would be a major development for bitcoin and I am sure we may see the likes of Apple in the future accepting bitcoin as a result of that. We are still early, so I guess we need not to rush.

Before we can start seeing big institutions and merchants accepting bitcoin, we may have to see some few things in place and some trust that the system has really come to stay. I am sure, for now, they may not even want to take that risk yet, but I still do not know why a lot of them are still on the sidelines when they can easily just make use of the services that converts it to fiat immediately. It is their choice anyway.

They have been closed minded the whole time. With their innovations that are kind of awkward (removing the beloved headphone jack which is gaining popularity anyhow) and continually overpricing things. They wouldn't join the bandwagon hence they will be left behind.

They will most likely accept it as a payment method when all the fear and negative impressions of the general public it has on it is gone. We all know how people use bitcoin to scam, I figured that they are sitting on the fence for now as they don't their company be the cause of many more people getting scammed nor they want to hinder the advancement of cryptocurrencies.

Apple had his branch on various country. They may resist because many of the country still not accept the bitcoin. If most of the country in this world accept the bitcoin means, surely Apple also start to accept the bitcoin as a one of the payment. So you have to wait for times for this to happen.

The day Apple would decide to accept a cryptocurrency for its products, it would most likely not be Bitcoin, but Applecoin. I am rather sure that one day they will make their own cruptocurrency, and so will all major corporations.

What would be the point of every corporation having its own currency? That would complicate trade and commerce, not facilitate it. Corporations want to reduce barriers to peoplebiying their products. If every corporation had its own crypto that required you to acquire before you could buy their products, that's just a hurdle towards people buying the product. I don't see this happening because there is no tangible benefit.

When they really need to. But they'll fight it hard! Apple's business model is to lock everything down -- very closed indeed. This does not align with the goals of bitcoin, at least, how I perceive them.

tl;dr Apple = closed. BTC = open.

Apple will accept bitcoin if governments support cryptocurreny. Because Apple is a big company which is related with capitalist countries. They are also against with bitcoin or other coins. But I think it will change in the future.

Apple is one among the technology dependent giant who has also contributed much to the digital growth. Maybe they have a different approach towards bitcoin, based on which they've been waiting for the right time to make their entry into cryptocurrency.

Apple is working on laws. They can not accept bitcoin for payment even if they have such a desire. They will immediately lose their license and lose their positive image in the world of the legal economy. Now even cryptocurrency exchanges are forced to accept the recommendations of the KYC. Global corporations will never take such risky actions.

I'm curious if Apple is somehow different from or more legit than Microsoft? Microsoft has been accepting Bitcoin since time immemorial, so what prevents Apple from doing essentially the same thing? Maybe these companies are under different laws or Microsoft is plain above any law? FYI, Microsoft is accepting Bitcoin in their Windows and Xbox online stores as payment. People can send coins to their digital wallets at Microsoft and then pay with these coins for online games and apps.

never  Grin Grin Grin
When pigs fly over the moon? Joking, shouldn't be forever but industry leaders don't have to innovate because they are the leaders so Amazon might actually be one of the last to adopt (although I feel they are smarter than this).
Smart people always think beyond their heads. sort of out of the box. Today may not be possible but it can happen in the future.
Included with bitcoin. Companies are increasingly interested in applying this technology and using it to grow.

Looks like a good look because the equation with the security system is quite competent and secure, But is there a point of discussion about this or this is seen from your own point of view.

Surely, as banks starting to adopt cryptocurrency, since they know they can't beat it, apple company will surely adapt it when they are left behind and they are aware that most of their target markets are into cryptocurrency. As we all know as time goes by, more and more people are starting to learn about cryptocurrency, I am sure that apple are starting to look at it and finding it's way to get in to it. So, maybe some time in the future.

Do you mean when Apple companies receive payments via bitcoin? probably never will be because now bitcoin alone has much bit of bitcoin from different countries even banks do not accept any bitcoin so Apple will never accept any bitcoin or receive bitcoin as a valid currency tool
