$20k was a bubble so that price was unrealistic and should not be your point of reference. similarly the current price in $3k range is fake because of manipulation and dumps and that also should not be your point of reference.

look at the bigger picture. bitcoin has been rising on a very nice pattern for 10 years now. at this point price should be higher than this. so we can expect the rise but to reach $20k we need at least a year of rising. i'd say between $8k to $10k by the end of 2019 is reasonable.

Nobody knows. Historically bitcoin has always recovered from big crashes

Bitcoin already crashed from $32 to $2
From 1000 to 100 and so on.

There are no guarantees, and the best advice is "invest what you can afford to lose"
Agreed, the price of bitcoin always recovered after the big crash, so i guess this year will be the time for it. No one knows but i think it will happen if ETF really accept bitcoin.

Bitcoin getting back to $20k is truly a great thing, but we cannot have a time target for the same. It will never happen when we're with the expectation of such a growth. It happens upon the market support it has been getting all around with regards to the demand to supply availability process. During the previous growth people were speculating of reaching $10k, but market went beyond the expectations. Now everyone expect the same to happen which isn't fair, let's have patience and support the market through the possible ways.

No one can say when. But to say that there's "no sign of going up", you should start looking at the market right now. Bitcoin yesterday was just around $3,600 and a possible to go down but today it's healthy again.

It has broke through $3,700 and is near to get into $3,800. We have some signs now that the market is going up again but knowing when it's going to reach $20,000 again, it's unlikely.

You guys should really stop asking this question. The truth remains that many prediction and speculations most times don't come to pass and it's not because they weren't correct or well-predicted but because nobody controls this market. If you are looking for something to give hope, check back in the history of Bitcoin and see for yourself.
This investment is not a "get rich quick" one.  Just invest and stop looking at the price!

Since 2017 after bitcoin got its all time highest, the  market has kept it down and there has been no real sign of going up again, but when will it get back to its all time highest?

It is speculation topic. You may move this thread to Economics - Speculation child board to discuss it. Already many people making this board spamyard so you may consider that and move it accordingly.

For price speculation, my opinion is you need to wait until the price showing it before that we cannot confirm says this is the time for bitcoin to grow or something. I personally believe next year halving we may find some drastic change on price and adoption.

The answer to this question is not nearby. The current situation is so bad and I can not find a useful indicator about how the next movement will be.
I have no idea you believe experts or not, but most of them say prices will be fine after 2-3 years.
