in my humble opinion i think the real bullmarket will be initiated in the second half of 2019 thanks to securities token offering i wish a stroke of hard luck to all the hodlers in the cryptospace with their decesion
I think this is the right time and opportunity for all those who believe the bull market will definitely come. This is the time to buy coins and hold them till the market bounces back.
If it starts, then only if investors understand that it is possible to return to this area and invest money here. It's very hard to them.
They will take there shot with the profits they gained when the bull start to run to gain more if it keeps running. Profit hunters are always on the side line looking for the right time. 
Honestly I don't think anyone can confidently predict the time of the bull run. You can see in time past people have predicted the prices of Bitcoin and the time of bullrun and probably non have been accurately correct. I think the time as changed and the market is just full of surprises. I will just advise you to flow with the surprises and be ready at all time.
LOL. The market has really been full of surprises indeed, I could remember that no one could see that the bear will be over in the manner it took in April when bitcoin did the Semi run and we were all thinking it was a joke, most analysts that are claiming guru now could not even see it coming. I have just been flowing with the surprises as you said, although my confidence is built more on bitcoin because I really don’t know what the altcoins are doing their, they are just going with bitcoin trend and not coming with their own personal surprises. It is even difficult for me to say if those altcoins are out of bear or still in bear, I mean alts below 100 in CMC.
Well BTC and ETH is a good call, for the other one, don't have much information about it.

The bull market has shown its appearance in the market when its entry surprised us newcomers is also taking interest that is why the bullish trend is strengthening much more. I think we could be counted among all those users who had great time in 2017 became billionaires so yeah we can also become at least millionaire. I bought TNB for 30% of my position，20 % cent of the position bought ethereum，50% of the positions are in bitcoin，How many assets can you achieve in the next 10 years

but in TNB, sounds not good to me but anyway its your bet of choice, I respect that. But bull at the moment
is not that explode happening and I guess were not in the stage of kicking out I think.
No one know exactly when there will be a bullrun. In the last few weeks, they have been little pump in prices of some cryptocurrencies like bitcoin while majority have no price pump. The prices still fluctuate, with time hopefully the prices keep increasing.
Bull run is always unpredictable. I believe that it is always depend on the volume of investors on the crypto feild who enter the crypto feild and put a big amoint of investment into it. It is always unstable because everyone has a different sights with regards to crypto currency some people hold and some people do hodl.
We are in bullrun market already ,its just that the problem is altcoins are not surging like bitcoin is ,I'm sure altcoin holders are way many that bitcoin holders

I think it is the bull market if you are already in surplus. If your initial cost of investment is very low and you are already enjoying the rise in the bull market. There has been some good rise in almost every coin in the market and if you are HODLING Bitcoin and ETH, you might have good gains already. So yeah, welcome to the bull market.
Over half of the entire crypto market is dominated by bitcoin, and a few percentage by Ethereum, and the rest by other altcoin. But the dominance of both the coins is decreasing slowly, according to reports, as altcoins are becoming independent and many good coins have been introduced in the market. I think my portfolios will expands to as many as 100 altcoins in the next 10 years.

the bull market will be coming soon and now the market looks good and maybe a sign of reaching the bull market.having lots of coins is good, so the chances are bigger, but you have to be careful if you have lots of coins, you have to be able to focus and have to check their movements often, so you don't lose the good things.

no one knows when the time comes for Bullrun to arrive, we as ordinary people can only wait for that to happen soon. who definitely focus on work, monitor the market situation and also do things that are in accordance with the capabilities that we can do in the current situation.

The btc price movement that made it jump from around $4000 to over $8500 has ushered in the bull market in my opinion so far btc continues to make new highs in this year and a lot of altcoins have followed the trend.
