Compare rates on different exchanges & swap.
Just do the right kind of works, the ones you enjoy & love no matter the pay and you wouldn't feel that way anymore. Doing such works would be like entrainment or having fun that you may never need a pay time off except for relaxation or rest. Weekend and night rest should be enough time for proper rest.

If you love and enjoy your job you will kind of be addicted to it to such an extent of suffering withdrawal symptoms when you stop working for some days.

Two days off a week is really something that good or better and the best thing is that you've been being paid or having that fixed monthly income if you do really work on government agencies, but how about into those
Yes It's really fun for them and if you know much more, the income they get is always not enough because of the impact of the loans they take out at the bank. The private sector in finance and some other fields also have something in common and they get two days off a week, except for overtime when the big day is approaching and they will work half day.

private sectors? For sure it would really be a no work no pay kind of scheme which it isnt really that shocking anymore. It turns out that you would really be needing to work in order to get that maximum pay or something you wouldnt really be liking with those deductions which is something that it is really that we do like. As for having a 9-5 or 8-5 job most commonly on which it isnt really that shocking anymore.
We dont have any choice but to deal with it because if we dont then for sure lots of things would be affected. You would really be a slave for the rest of your life until you would retire.
This is why some people would really be having reconsideration on finding up ways on breaking up this chain and this is via investment and other dealings which could potentially give you other
source of income.
That's just talking about opportunities and what I see they enjoy the job even though the salary they get is standard and never more. This kind of work is more dominated by people aged over 40 and even though there are also a few percent of young people now, what are some reasons why they choose this kind of work?

1. It is difficult to find other job opportunities and this is the most sought-after job in the area where I live.
2. Salaries and benefits have been arranged and make them no longer have to think about entering old age.
3. Working in a government agency can guarantee their life even if it doesn't give them wealth.

Of course when they choose this kind of job, the system will regulate work patterns and they will work every day according to their duties and if asked why they have to choose this job because other sectors of the jobs available are not much better than working in the government. But since the last decade this job has become increasingly difficult and there are many requirements that you must meet when applying for work, starting from tests and other conditions so that we are accepted.

For me it has always been not very interesting to work with a system like this, because we cannot manage work time according to our own system, so we prefer to work in the entrepreneurial sector with simple steps and start from small things, even though at this time has not made me a rich man, at least I manage my own time, working hours and employees.

The main reason why men are not living the dream is because of work and making money, not until you find a way to work and make money by yourself without working for anyone, you won't be able to do as you like, jobs sometimes feel like a prison, since men has responsibility, this will tie them to the job till their old days.

You made a valid point mate, but by making money by yourself doesn't mean you should quit your job and start trying to become an entrepreneur or self employed individual, business owner etc, you'll fail if you don't have the qualities of a good entrepreneur. You can still be working your job, get double shifts or side hustle then save the extra money you're making and start planning your escape.

Investing is the only way that you can make money yourself, without an experiment. You don't need much experience to buy Bitcoin or other valuable assets and hold. To start a business, you'll need experience or you'll fail, increasing your income and investing is better.

It's easier to dream for a lifestyle where you have all the time to go out and come back home whenever you feel like or decide to travel around the world if you can afford it, but you got to be sure that this won't affect your source of income, if you are working under someone or company you can't do this because you will be replaced and you will become jobless, make sure you are making money yourself without working for any company first, your source of income must be flourishing, that's when you will be able to live your life the way you wanted.

The main reason why men are not living the dream is because of work and making money, not until you find a way to work and make money by yourself without working for anyone, you won't be able to do as you like, jobs sometimes feel like a prison, since men has responsibility, this will tie them to the job till their old days.

Here's the unvarnished truth. Life isn't a vibrant parade of magical creatures beneath candy-colored rainbows; it's more like a strategic battle of wits against the clock and our inevitable fate. The silver lining? The next move is yours!

Have your ears been graced with the chant of the FIRE tribe? It's a shorthand for "Financial Independence, Retire Early". The essence? To save and invest with Spartan-like discipline - picture shaving off a whopping 50% to 75% of your income - all to bask in the golden years while still spry and young.

Now, Bitcoin won't magically transform you into a midnight millionaire, but it's a vital cog in the machinery of a diversified investment strategy. Consider it a culinary expedition - a pinch of side business, a heaping of stocks, a slice of real estate, and a drizzle of Bitcoin. After all, wasn't it the slow-and-steady tortoise who nabbed the laurels, not the hasty hare?

Are you satisfied with this way of life, or would you prefer to live a different way? What would you like to change and how? Personally, I'm clueless and not satisfied with the idea of spending the rest of my life like this.
Of course, I'm not quite satisfied with my life now, but what to do besides keep living it and design better finances like investing in Bitcoin for the future can be better, but of course, it takes a long time and can be more than 5 years or even 10 years and before what is targeted is achieved to be able to stop all these boring routines, it is much better to keep working and being grateful with all these routines.

My method is to continue to invest and increase income so that in the next few years I can live a calmer life, sacrifice the present time for future life, and not try to enjoy life to excess by spending money beyond the budget even though it will damage the financial plans that have been made.

only could stop once we become financial independent but generally for someone that works 9-5 that would never happen.
mainly because the wage aren't sufficient enough in building financial to be free from working, heck even for daily needs it hardly sufficient.
moreover, you'd be too busy that you can't do some business in your free time, quite literally you are putting so much focus on something that don't even give you good money.
the only way is you invested in stocks and cryptocurrency but then again will the returns will be that much? maybe starting new business from scratch and resigning is some other way need to be considered.

I actually agree with you it is hard to start our own business and we actually need capital and lot of thing including knowledge. Resigned from 9-5 job is risky too if we don't have money.

Sometimes Im just like OP but the difference is Im not work 9-5 but full time crypto but the hurt truth is the salary sometimes is not enough to do enjoy life

Winding down.
The decision relies on you. You are the one take charge of your own life so you have make decisions that you will not regret in the future. If you stick to your job, that would be a lot better since the more sources of income you have, the bigger profits you will gain and earn. But if you get out from your comfort zone and explore other life's opportunities, then go but always be responsible of the results of your own actions. After all, we don't want to live our life in vain, we need to seek for our satisfaction in life and if it means living our current job, then so be it.

Time passes, and we have nothing to look forward to. We watch our lives pass, and the only thing we're looking forward to is the weekend or 20 days per year of paid time off. We're working a whole year, from 9 to 5 and sometimes even more, at someone else's business just to have an approximate of 20 days of vacation and two days off per week, with many of us having one or even none per week. Is it just me, or does this life sound completely depressing to me? Our ambitions are completely crushed by such a daily routine; our days off are mostly to get things done around the house and to rest. By the time that happens, the day has passed, and we have to go to work again.

At least where I'm at, having two days off per week is considered extremely lucky and privileged, especially if it's two days in a row. Personally, I only had one day off per week, and it honestly wasn't enough. On the one hand, I wanted to get things done around the house and rest, but on the other hand, I didn't want to stay inside doing practically nothing to enjoy myself. Thus, the single day off wasn't even close to being enough. Certainly, I'd be better off with two consecutive days off, but still, is that how you want your life to be for the next 10–20 years, or even more?

On the one hand, I don't want to complain; through the last few years of working, I've been on vacation four times, from 2020 to 2022, which isn't bad at all. On the other hand, I'd like to constantly travel and explore new destinations, the majority of which we'll never experience through this way of life.

Do you believe that there's a true way to escape this vicious cycle, or are we doomed to live like this forever? Telling me that my minor savings in Bitcoin are going to settle me for the rest of my life isn't going to cut it, because the majority of us won't ever have enough Bitcoin to retire.

Are you satisfied with this way of life, or would you prefer to live a different way? What would you like to change and how? Personally, I'm clueless and not satisfied with the idea of spending the rest of my life like this.

I'm an entrepreneur and I don't know what 9 to 5 means for almost 20 years! Of course I'm not just chilling all the time, I have to work and I work hard but I'm working remotely and I can choose when to work, for example I can start at 9 PM and go on until midnight or I can have a day off on Monday and then work on Sunday etc...  Cool

Some people like this, some does it to survive, or others do it because they have no other options. Depending on your need, this could feel like hell or heaven. Also, there's a term that says, you need money in order to make more money. Many choose these 9–5 jobs so that they can save enough money in order to start a business on their own. So if you have a plan and enough asset to start something like that, you can decide to quit your job. But for me, the competition is so high. So grab any opportunity you can get. Have something as your backup and then move onto something new if that involves risks.

Having a decent job that pays a good compensation is already a blessing. That's why some have managed to keep their jobs even if the jobs  sometimes create big pressures on their personal lives. However, for those who have been working at a toxic environment, their only hope is to finally get out from their jobs and just find some other alternatives to make them survive and become profitable in their chosen career. That just proves that you are the only one responsible for your life's choices. If you stay with it, that means you have to suit yourself and find contentment whatever life's opportunities give you.

When will we stop living for the weekend? Escaping the 9-5 life

Maybe when we don't have to live in the reality and stick with our own fantasy? Perhaps being dead or being an old retired pensioner are the only way I guess LOL!
I totally get your point because most probably we are all asking the same question whenever we get tired, exhausted, and drained after a long week of work. This is like a daily reminder that reality sucks.
Though there are a handful of ways where you can travel while you're working. One of these is having a job where it doesn't need for you to go the office, but to work remotely. I've seen a lot of freelancers doing this kind of routine. However, it still doesn't stop the 'living for the weekend" and escaping 9-5 life cycle.

When people try to define how people should live life then that becomes a problem. There is no general way for people to live their lives. Everybody should do what works for them. There are people who like a 9-5, there are people who like working the night shifts, there are people who like running their own business, and there are also people like me who like to work from home. The bottom line is, everybody has to work to make a living. So however you want to work to make a living, do it.
If you feel you're in the wrong line of work, then change if you can, but if you can't change, make the most of the one you've got.

A misconception people have is that "if you have your own business then you'll have enough time for yourself". That's false, except it's not an ambitious business. Because if you are actually building a business that will go all the way up, you'll work twice as hard.

The solution to get rid of this problem is to create your own business, invest in yourself and your education, and finally save a little money and start investing early.

It sounds very utopian. Everyone understands that finances are needed, and not small ones, in order to have a free life that does not depend on anyone. Not everyone is born with a golden spoon in their mouth, but many try to open their own business, which does not always lead to success.
It's easy to say: "Open your own business, invest, and everything about you will be chocolate", but in reality, everything looks different.

So, OP, those moods and depressive thoughts can happen to anyone, but try to see the sun in the little things. You have a vacation, and you have a job to take a break from. The main thing is that you have health; this is the greatest value that needs to be protected.
In my country, when we are visited by decadent thoughts, say: "The main thing is health; we will buy everything else." Smiley
we struggle so much  for Utopia
and then we also know that this world doesnot exist. However struggle is real.

This is why the new norm is work from home. People are sick of the 9-5 jobs in cubicles where they basically do something online which they can easily do at home.

Hence they work from home and enjoy spending more time with families. Many businesses ended the work from home options and people just quit and found a job elsewhere because they liked that life style.

Who wants to be stuck in traffic for 1 hour then work 9 to 5 and be stuck in traffic for another hour and come home at 6pm.

It is really better to work from home, but again, this depends on the situation. Right now, comparing it to my past job, it is more stressful; it is mentally exhausting, and you know that is more bad than being physically exhausted because, physically, you can just sleep it off for 2 days and it's gone. Being mentally exhausted because of the stress brought to you by your boss is very different. That is really what I've noticed from a physical to an online workspace, but still, it is an advantage if you think about it, but you can't really say that it is easier online as it is more difficult for my end as they are monitoring your doings online unlike in an office set up that you can relax around.
For some, that could be more stressful like what you’ve personally experienced. But I guess majority still enjoy the work from home set up since they can manage to balance their work and family to keep on going smoothly. However, in my case, I find it more fulfilling on my part since I am the boss of my own with my little business and still have side hustles that pay me with a good compensation. Life is a choice, but for some who cannot leave their jobs, maybe they just don’t have the courage to do it because their finances are not yet stable.

Me: I don't like 9 to 5 job, I will resign and become a freelancer where I have a flexible working hours.

Also me: Damn, I working more than five days and longer than 8 hours. I can't stay in this job, I will choose become a businessman where I don't need to work.

Also me (again): Shit, now I work for 24/7.

I think if someone who work under other people business and complaint about the working time, the employee is lazy. What make people don't like working for 9 to 5 job is, the payment he get isn't worth or fair with all the dedication or effort he put for the company.

Working for 9 to 5, two days off per weak, have 20 days per year paid time off and the company can fulfill the salary I ask, is a dream for me.
I think it's not an easy thing to survive be it a 9-5 job or a freelancer work.
You will always have challenge. and sometime these challenges are too extreme

Two days off a week is the culture of working in the government in my country and has been going on for a long time, this kind of work culture is set by the system and they have to follow and there is no room for complaining, even though the work is a bit tiring to think about, there is no other way than enjoy it and some people can't work with a system like this, so they choose to build a business or other jobs that are considered more flexible in managing it. For me, who graduated in economics, this is actually not fun and I prefer a job that I build with my own system and rules.

The life we live is sometimes full of mysteries and complaining is not a solution to get out of problems, I also have a small amount of savings in bitcoin and try to increase as much as possible whenever I have money to invest. I'm just trying to enjoy a normal life and don't want to force something I can't do, sometimes trying to live a simpler life is much more fun than trying to be someone else and forcing investments with incompetence.

True. It’s not that most of the people wanted to work for the rest of their lives but since it’s their only way for survival, then they don’t have any choice but to keep the job and work 9-5. However, for some who have been making good compensation and are satisfied with their jobs, maybe working on weekdays do not really annoy them at all. But I believe every worker has always its choice. If he has the means to survive without sticking to his job and just open a business for his own, and he can manage it well, maybe leaving his job can be very possible and find his luck and wealth in his new business.

It's not how life should be lived. However, it is due to the way the system has been set up that society may continue to develop and move in a dynamic manner. When I think about it the way you do, I also get sad and depressed, but what makes me happy is returning every day to my family and the sincere and loving friends I have in my life.

Do you believe that there's a true way to escape this vicious cycle, or are we doomed to live like this forever? Telling me that my minor savings in Bitcoin are going to settle me for the rest of my life isn't going to cut it, because the majority of us won't ever have enough Bitcoin to retire.

I am not aware of any other way to break free from this vicious loop that you have described. You can work whenever, however, and wherever you choose if you run your own firm. Simply put, you are in charge of you. Your bitcoin savings wouldn't be sufficient, but if you learn how to trade cryptocurrencies, you can live off of your bitcoins for the rest of your life.
