For buying coins which is not in top 20 or so one needs to ensure that enough research is being done before buying it because it should not happen that the crypto rises but the coin bought remains as it is or falls even when market is on rising side. This will mean eventually you only end up in loss even when market is rising high.
I'm playing it very safe, buying when things where cheaper. Bitcoin around $7000. The big problem that I'm having is not knowing when to sell. This things is not that simple.

That is always best to sell them when we make some decent profit because nobody doesn't know how long it will take to increase their prices. Still, there are chances for altcoins to drop their prices again once the price of Bitcoin drops again, that's why we should always hold funds in order to buy them at lower prices.

yups we must not just spend our whole investments in Bitcoin and diversifying is what we need now,specially now that we are waiting for the Bull market it is better to have at least 3-5 kinds of currencies in our folio aside from our precious bitcoin

We all know that the recent Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected life. This disease is very dangerous and can be deadly. Several countries have developed vaccines to prevent diseases. If this vaccine is successful we will escape the deadly danger. The plague also caused economic losses, nor has the cryptocurrency market grown. I am waiting for a market rebound.

Not sure what you are claiming here, no country developed any kind of vaccine for the corona virus and from where you are getting all these information.The pandemic created an economic crisis and it is much bigger than anyone could anticipate. 
Well The market is really wild these few weeks but am sure there will be some corrections here and there but still I think studying the market and then maybe looking back at previous history you should base your choices on that ..At the current rate personally i wouldnt buy that much maybe split and see how the roads goes
