If I was able to teach my grandmom what is crypto anyone can do it haha. It really depends on people who are talking with. If he/she is interested in crypto it will take day-week but this person will eventually learn something. If he/she is not interested no mattet how smart this person is, you are simply just waisting your time.

Depends on how to explain. Anything can be explained in simple words for a person to understand the main idea and those things that matter. It is going to be not as easy as ABC but it is possible

To a non tech  person, you are most likely going to waste your time analysing,as there is no way to discribe th existence of what he cannot see physically and also handle with his hand,he migth just tag you as an internet scammers.

First you have to explain how is the crypro controlled and what is the difference between crypto and centralised currency. Then you explain block-chain and how it works. And in the end you explain why is better then the existing model.

I love the looks i get when i try to explain crypto to a non tech person! How do you guys deal with situations like these?

I just ask them if they've ever tried sending money abroad. If they say yes I ask them what the experience was like. This invariably comes back negative. I they say imagine if you could send money abroad instantly with little to no fees and they agree this would be great and thats when I hit them with this article

I just make it easier to understand, you dont need to be a tech guy anyway to understand a cryptocurrency. Just told them that cryptocurrency is just like money, but its only only internet money, you can use it like regular money but you cant hold or see it. People must be understand that, except you want to explain about blockchain it self.

Other than in explaining about digital currency a non virtual money which is used in many transactions online I think for me the most effective way is to set by example to our self, show them what we did about crypto world and what we got out of participating in this forum if possible show them our income or profit from cryptocurrency.

Why it is so hard? You do not to know all about encryption. You can share small article about it for non tech person. It is enough. It is more difficult to tell about bounty, and why you can earn money with it. I join Welocal and I like it and want to tell about it for everyone.

many of them think its scam. especially in my country wherepeople lost huge amount of money to MMM ponzi scheme. when you tell them about crypto all they will be saying is that they are not interested that it is scam. no matter how you convince them but when you meet some techy person, they will understand this in fact i think 90% of tech person knows about crypto before i even want to tell them. all they need is proper guide on how to make profit from crypto and the risk also involved

Leading Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Company
I usually have to use the analogy of people sitting in a class recording transactions, such that at any one point majority if not all have recorded the transactions this preventing double spending. That way people see how innovative cryptocurrencies are and the need to invest in such new technology.

I like that people dont understand why crypto is worth looking into. I only know 2 other people in my group of friends that has invested in crypto. Even 10 years in it still feels all very new and i feel crypto has a long way to go before its socially accepted.

This would be very hard on where you do explain things specially bitcoin into non-techy person specially on old people who arent awared on recent technologies nowadays. If you do tend to explain to someone which that kind of person then you would really need long patience for him to convince or to explain on what is crypto.Explain details throughly and in detail and you might able to convince them.

Cryptocurrency is easy to explain and understand. What hard to explain is the technology behind it. Blockchain technology or any other technology used by different currency, me myself is having a hard time understanding those.

I used to try to do it, but unfortunately they think that you are trying to deceive them, in any case it seems to me that people should know about new technologies, but for now many still do not want this, they have many other problems that they are trying to solve, Well, we will have more time to prepare.
