question for hardcore gamblers Smiley
when you have btc you mostly spend all on gambling and you are addicted how so when you dont have btc you dont miss gambling?
i know that i gamble for fun (i dont care too much of my money so i can afford to lose 10,50,100$) so why when you have btc you go to gamble even tho you know you will most likely lose ?
does this question have any sence to you? if not ill just lock topic im just interested how people when have btc they are addicted and when they dont have gambling addiction is not comming out.?
regards.

Very god question, I must say.

See basically addiction is another name for gambling, when you do you feel good, when not you feel sad and find ways to earn money. The reason behind most scams here is indeed gambling.

When you're out, you're out, nothing left to lose if you've lost it all which is a really shame.

Well, if you're out of money there's litterally nothing left to lose. I gamble sometimes mostly for fun and it's only fun to me if I'm winning.

I do have some self control and know when to actually stop. There's a certain amount of money that I gamble with and if I lose with what I started out with I quit for that day.

This is why it's important to have some self control and try to teach yourself to have some self control when it comes to gambling.

It's never fun to look at an empty wallet.

Next time you have a big win do yourself a favour and take half out and stick it on a wallet to give to a trusted family member but you keep the password.  If bitcoin goes up like crazy and you dont hold any you will be gutted you missed out on that gamble.

I would not consider myself to be a hardcore gambler, but I do gamble frequently. In each week, I only allow myself to gamble <10% of my weekly income, so I do not and will not lose all my bitcoin/money. I think this kind of self control is very important and every sensible gamblers should have similar plans so that you don't have to face the situation OP mentioned.

Not everyone has that kind of control.  Its easy to think you can earn by just a simple dice roll and when you end up losing, you can only shout "I knew it!" when its all done. But just when you win BIG, you still could shout "I knew it!"  Grin

Pretty easy for me I just withdraw them the transfer fee makes me not want to deposit quickly again xD

The majority of sites don't charge fees to withdraw, and wallets like Xapo and Coinbase even pay the fees when you send funds. So this is a nonfactor in 99.9% of the cases.

If you think with btc in hand if you can't sleep then better don't buy or earn them because sleep is very important for people. I don't go for full time gambling but once in awhile I bet on sports for fun and so for I made more than what I lost so in profits until now.
but still i wanna earn it Smiley
either i spend it on gambling or just topping up my mobile credit Smiley but after i top up my credit i still have some btc in wallet, and then im starting to search thing to gamble it Smiley
But if i out of btc i can sleep well weird. anyway its just virtual money for me, i never buy btc maybe thats why can sleep well.

That's weird, but I guess then you are viewing it as a form of entertainment. If you never buy bitcoin, I guess that you technically aren't losing anything; just you aren't gaining anything either. However, it is a slippery slope, so if you ever start being impulsive, there are many programs to help you quit.

Although i win quite often i don't put all of my coin to my gambling wallet. I never have more than 10$ in my gambling wallet when i was about to start playing. So if i loss it is fun, if i win i can buy one beer and enjoy my wining.

After knowing if you can't sleep with BTC in hand still buying or earning it means. No one can help you but you should find a way to stop going to online for some time until you forget about gambling. Try to find some other activities which will keep you always busy so you can avoid gambling.

Gambling is a game for me , If I lose and lost all,no problem ,I have dollar.

This is the way to look at it. View it as an entertainment expense. No different than spending $100 at a nice restaurant, theme park, movie night, etc. Plan to lose it all (like you would with any of those other events) and if you come out ahead, it's just a bonus.
