You can start looking at google first looking at the articles which have good reputation and read the comments and feedback of the persons in there, you could learn in page in facebook where you can find interesting ICO and how you can learn from it but be wary there are scams and viruses in there which could harm your computer. Maybe you can try joining in groups in facebook to gain knowledge in there or try to read forum here in bitcointalk you could learn more from here, I am just saying some suggestions because it is not wrong to expand your knowledge on the internet.

Where do you find interesting ICO or crypto projects to invest ? Here on bitcointalk announcements or on other websites related to new ICO  announcements !
the first recommendation is certainly the information in this forum, there is a lot of information about ICO quality and has a very big value.
Also in social media forum about bitcoin or information from a more senior friend

I Always look for potential projects to invest on ICORaiting.com , for example one of the interesting projects in October - Universa http://icorating.com/project/525/Universa, for my mind if they really give us this project, it will be strong opponent for EOS...

ICO start at 28.10.2017, don't miss it...

All your social media outlets are now a good platform for ICO's and this very forum as you see from the signature campaigns etc. You can also find various websites designed for launches and announcements for pre ICO and launch dates etc

Here on bitcointalk.org you can find as many ICO's as you want, in signatures, new ANN here, if you check people's avatars or someone might just post a link here to an ICO https://tokensale.liveedu.tv/

From what i've seen this is the largest and most active ICO comunity on the web.

I use TokenSchedule - ICO Calendar & Latest Token Sales - Link: TokenSchedule.com for my ICO listings, I find it has a nice presentation with all the links readily available for your due-diligence and that’s the key.

Everyone is different and uses various ways of authentication when it comes to choosing an ICO.

I personally check the whitepaper, team and product/code.

nice insight and it can serve as a guidelines when choosing ico project its really important to know whos the team behind and what will be the offer of
this certain project, as we see a lots of ico's was offered and some of them was already a duplicate project better to investigate using this site.

But coinschedule has better list than icobench because the coinschedule are containign all of the list of icos, even some that has not been publishing on the bitcoin talk forum. and that was my favourite site.
Coinschedule has many problems. In the past I have joined a platinum project from this website is SmartRe and this project made me losed a little of money (because I doubt the devs of this project). This ICO project not only delay distribution token for investor, it still can not keep its value and dumped after listed on DEX exchange (only listed on this exchange with total buy order less than 50 dollars while this project has raised funds more than 200 thousand dollars).

bitcointalk is just like a fresh information about new projects.. and it also help to find what kind of platform it is, and also determine if it's scam or not because you need to study first who is behind on this..

For now I think that the Spectiv become one of ICO that have competitiveness is good enough, so if you understand all the things that exist in the Spectiv is definitely a great advantage you can get. Because the team has a fairly clear and level can be held. But there may be some ICO which is much better, but I have the confidence level of spectiv
remember, one of the things that you must do before investing in the ICO is that you properly understand what will be done, look at the team that is in, and also the feedback from everyone.

For me, the best site for best ICO's are here in bitcointalk. All you have to do is browse the long list of ANN's and choose. But i order to be regularly updated, you should also confide with other resources. Social media such as twitter and Facebook is also a good way to go, or, you can subscribe to an ICO listing site so they can email you the latest news about upcoming ICO.

There are many interesting topics on this forum, so I get enough information about them. But I also read some analytical sites about cryptocurrency at all. And sometimes I find  interesting news on Facebook, in the specialized groups.

I mainly find these ICO's on bitcointalk announcements itself . I don't find any need to search for ICO on any other websites , bitcoin forum is enough.
Other than bitcoin forum twitter is a good social media to find new ICO .

Check out websites that list Upcoming ICOs. To do this search "Upcoming ICO list" and it should bring up a few websites that list them. May I also suggesting looking into Propthereum.io. If you are looking to invest in an interesting ICO they are definitely it. You are looking at great coin appreciation and a business backed cryptocurrency. They are Real Estate based which is really interesting and something to look forward to.

Just follow the ANN section and visit each individually and look at their white paper you'll normally find whether they are worth your time from that alone.
