Mostly of the bounties that you could find here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 is not that good, and not too many compare if you are going to look here https://icobench.com/ But still you can't just find a diamond in a middle of the forest, you have to look for it patiently and enthusiastically.
