of course i look it up here, on bitcointalk. but i also like to use icodrops.com. this website is a great assistant.  i have found out about Merculet project here. I participate in bounty campaign, now I am thinking and i am very thankful for such a source of information.

I like to watch ICO reviews on YouTube. A lot of famous ICO reviewers have their own spreadsheets. I compare them, do my own research and then decide is it worth to join their bounty or participate in the ICO 

Better time imideitly after exchange listing,then price down more then ICO price,and after few days he go to x2 x4. This way is good.

It seems to me that the choice of projects should rely on insiders from people close to big investors!

I use BitcoinTalk believe it or not… I like this forum I browse up to 20 threads per day in search of good ICOs…There are also many "review" sites out there…There are many news sites with valuable unbiased info as well

Check the announcement thread and view the project that provides ICO project. There are many projects that are very good.

Bitcointalk is not the best site to find interesting ICO, because this forum is just a place to find the information about which ICO projects you want to investment. Beside that, this forum has not optional to help you sort new, old, upcoming or active ICO projects, etc. While you can use some reviews ICO sites to use this function easily.

icodrops is very nice project to find new ico , also you could stick here on forum where all new ann released notify about new topic and you will get it once it will be posted.

The best is to keep on looking at the various threads here at bitcointalk. I also saw several channels in social networks that give information about new ICO.

The best source is this forum and particularly the local threads. Most of the good icos will bother to have all their stuff translated, but the bad ones won´t, so much better to look local.

I find interesting ICOs here, through review website and youtube reviews.

I monitor the market in search of best projects by myself.

Here are my criteria

1.Market. It determines the project scale and development potential to a large extent.
2.Product. The value and potential of the idea itself can only be assessed subjectively. [
3.Token role. An important aspect for any investor directly influencing profitability.
4.Current achievements. This will help to understand the main goal of the team - to launch a particular product or to earn by means of ICO, and whether the team can work without substantial financing. Notable achievements prior to an ICO lower the risks for an investor.
5.Roadmap. Information from a roadmap will give the investor a clue as to when to expect any market activity. When a project hits its milestone, token prices usually surge.
6.Team. This factor is the main indicator of further project success for many investors. A good team can change the product or invent a new one in the worst-case scenario while a bad team can fail even with the best idea.
7. ICO conditions. Pay attention to the three following components: ICO limits, holding conditions, token distribution. There is no correct format, the conditions may significantly differ depending on the specific crowdsale.

For me, the selection of ICO for investment is a long job. Starting from the selection of projects on icodrops or icobench to the study of the contract code on github to the study of team profiles in social networks, telegram channel project. If there are red flags - I do not invest in such a project.
