I do not trust exchanges to store my funds for a long period of time . I usually use only official wallets from developers , because it is a safest way to store cryptocurrency . Any exchange can close at any time for various reasons or it can delist your altcoin and if you miss their warning about it and do not withdraw your funds, then they can be lost forever.

Hey guys, where do you store your tokens? On your ethereum wallet or on an exchange, or maybe you store your tokens somewhere else? Give me some recommendations, where my tokens will be in complete safety?

Hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor are the safest for now.
If you can't get a hardware wallet, store your private keys in a password protected USB, then also password protect the file itself that contains the private keys.
And don't lose or forget the 2 passwords that you used for the USB and for encrypting the file.

I never hold the new token so I rarely use MEW to store altcoin. I use binance to store all the altcoin I have bought since all are listed there and it's safe almost 100% when I install all the security layers

There are many places to store your tokens. It's on Myetherwallet, Imtoken, and it can also be what you say in Market. So for me personally and maybe you want to be easier and accustomed. I use my wallet more often and store my tokens in Myetherwallet. Because I can't use a wallet other than MEW. And many people use Imtoken.

I do have tokens on exchange and some on my wallets.
I love to do day trading so most of my tokens are on exchange.
But i am not telling anyone to do the same like me.
It is always better to have your holdings on your wallet.
it is much safer to do.

If the token is an ERC-20 issue then it is on my MEW.
i dont store much token on exchange if i will hold it for a long time.
If i will do a scalping trade then it is on exchange.
But i feel safer if my tokens are on my MEW.'

if I divide my token in 2 storage, that is in MEW wallet and in exchange, I do this to make it easier for me, because if I store my token on MEW then I will hold the token for the long term, while the token I store in exchange then I use it for trading and not used to hold (because I can sell it anytime easily and quickly).

I stored my token on Mycrypto wallet, I found this purse more secure than MEW, so I thought I would use this wallet, this wallet runs on the desktop and not run online on their site, because So we will not be afraid of browser cookies.

I prefer to save tokens on Ethereum. And if I want to sell coins, then I send them to the exchange. Holding a coin in the exchange I think it's riskier and I want to avoid hacking. But if I save coins on Ethereum it is safer and the price of this coin also grows.

I have several wallets, I keep them in online purses. I do not trust exchanges, all too often we see news about how the exchange was hacked

I think that now almost in any wallet or exchange there is no full confidence. The best way to keep your coins safe is to buy a hardware wallet, but unfortunately this option is not suitable for tokens. I create different MEW and store my tokens and coins in pieces.

I store my coins in a hardware wallet, they are the best and most secure way to make sure that your coins cannot be tampered with and you do not have to worry about hackers stealing your coins. I am currently using a nano ledger s now and they support a wide range of coins and I think that you can use it with myetherwallet, they are just the safest

I save the token I have in mew, and in a large exchange like binance, because when the price goes up if you save the coin in the exchange I will easily sell it directly, without having to wait to send the token

I better save the token in some wallet. And I wear a purse Ethereum because it is more secure. And until now I wear purses Ethereum very safe and not stolen by the people. And if you want to keep the coins in stock, you can find a place of exchange of coins that are very safe.

I never store my tokens on any exchange except for the time I have to make trades. I always send my tokens to my LEDGER NANO S everytime I can if token/coin is supported.
