Vacationing abroad is everyone's dream, including myself, but if I were lucky to win $2 million in the lottery, I would definitely be very happy. However, I prefer to vacation in my own country, apart from the many tourist attractions for vacationing, the costs are still affordable.
Moreover, if we are going to use that amount of winnings for a holiday then in my opinion it is unreasonable and wrong because we need to prioritize saving for living expenses for our family and ourselves. If I win this big, I would definitely move but not to another place far away like Switzerland or another country. I would stay in my country but would only choose a different location like in a beach or up in the cold mountains. Comfort is a big deal and you can only be naturally comfortable in a place where you are born and grew up. But of course with such a huge amount I can easily go to beautiful places around the world like the ones listed in the poll.
Maybe if I won the $2 Million Lottery I would prefer to live in my own country, because I think if I was in my own country of course I would already know how much money I have to spend in a day. Of course, I will still stay in my country because $2 million is a lot of money in my country, even if all the items, food, house, etc. are increasing, I can still do a lot with that money, I will still stay because my family is also here.

I don’t have any reason to move out of my country after winning a huge amount of money. When you win that amount of money, you shouldn’t just be thinking about how you will be spending the money, you should also be thinking about how you are going to invest and utilise the money well. Travelling to other countries will end up making you spend more, and you are going to find it difficult to establish yourself in the country that you are travelling to because you know nothing about the country.

For the safety of my safe and my unborn child, I will relocate and if possible that I can get a citizen by investment, I will do that and have a roof for my head, moderate one that I can continue to pay the bills even after settling down.
I will also get to play more gambling games over there because I wouldn't want my talent to be wasted. Winning $2M from a casino isn't something that can be won every time. If one should move out of the country will be a very risk on the winner because he's settling for somewhere he's not used to, there will be excessive budget on living expenses, and you should know that in this, he's not used to anyone or anywhere there,so he's likely to find himself amidst a luxurious kind of living only to discover that it only last for a while since the money he won has a limit and he's not having any financial source of income to back him up in his new location, so for me, it's not a good idea to travel out of your country all because you think you've arrived.

I happen to live in a so called first world country, so life in here is pretty good and I'd be able to afford a pretty lavish lifestyle having $2m to throw away on top of my savings and my bitcoin.
The only thing I don't like here is the weather, but I'd probably keep living here and spend Winters abroad.

Saudi Arabia on this list? What an odd place to include, especially since they do not allow gambling and are possibly one of the most insular places on the planet - very adverse to strangers, particularly those who do not share the same religion. There's also the fact they are very rich, thanks to oil, so your $2 million would not go very far or make you look very wealthy in such a country. I'd actually like to spread it around Europe, maybe a place in Spain and use it as a base for travelling around. You'd have to invest it wisely though because it would be surprisingly easy to burn through that sort of amount if you are reckless with it. It'd be hard to make it go as far in a place like London, where a basic property on the outskirts can start around the half a million mark.

I prefer to stay in my home country, specifically in the province. Ever since I started working, I have wanted to purchase land in my province and build a small farm. I feel like I am really suited to living in the province and living a quiet life. If I ever win a huge amount, it would make my dream a reality. That amount is more than enough to fulfill my dream.

Even if I win the lottery, I can't just wake up.and leave my country to these destinations listed out in the poll by the OP. They are locations where getting a Visa is a hassle. However, there is a country that I would not only move myself and family to but in addition, invest and buy their passport ($120k) for better opportunities. But this is just a dream. 
Those are some high cost of living areas if I won the lottery with $2M. Here in my country, having that amount would set you for life but you have to do something in order for you to maintain that money in your posession and create more opportunity not just for you but also for other people as well. With inflation, keeping that on bank is like burrying your money alive without having to do anything to save it. And that's why it's good to make money on its own and there are a lot of good choices I have already in my mind aside from putting a lot of it in Bitcoin.

I would choose to go to another country. I see this as an opportunity to alter my present way of living and potentially relocate my family to another country to start a new life. I do not anticipate any positive changes by remaining in our current country with the amount of resources available. It would be a waste if used in a place where I don't perceive a future.

The only I will leave my country for another country is if I see another opportunity bigger than the one I'm having right now, I wouldn't leave my country for anything but I will travel out for Tourism and enjoy other beautiful life and culture of other people. As for the lottery money, I will happily stay in my country because such amount can give me the best life I will not even see in some other countries, that amount if manage well can change my life, my family and kids to have a good foundation as upper class level in my country.
If you want to break it down and you want to move to another countr, it should be plan because after billings, you might have to start looking for work over there. Let's say you bought a house in another country, thst will suck 1/3 of the money, obtaining citizenship is another money, what about furniture's and others, you will find out that at the end of the day, you wouldn't have anything left again and because some environment limit you as entrepreneur, you will have to start looking for another job. I will happily stay in my country.
