Recently there is lots of bad news are coming for fb coin Libra. In this circumstances what do you think Libra coin is going?

After the Chinese government issued regulations regarding blockchain and cryptocurrency, I think the regulations that inhibit Libra coin will be overcome. The American government certainly does not want China to step forward compared to them and it is possible this will affect the issuance of permits from regulators for Libra Coin

Libra will still eventually launched. It might be late in the year 2020 although major institutional companies have already backed out Facebook have enough demography to survive in any situation.

Many negative speculations arise because Libra is a little out of the way that has been common. With the controversy that followed, many supporters left the association, however, there are still many strong companies that support it. Libra focuses on mass adoption which is controlled by the Libra Association. With the big-name Facebook that has a large community, Libra is expected to bring cryptocurrency closer to the general public with real functions. I think this will have a positive impact on the development of cryptocurrency.

The government is pushing hard against the Libra token and I think it's because if that project is successful, it would put too much power in the hands of someone who has proven not to be reliable in the past where money and information is concerned, who remembered when Zuckerberg was fighting hard against crypto? Suddenly he has seen the earning potential and wants to milk it for all it's worth, I sincerely hope it doesn't come to fruition.

It does not seem that Libra claimed the name "cryptocurrency of the year", because it can only be called cryptocurrency conditionally.

Rather, Libra wants to take a place that rightfully belongs to the digital dollar, they understand this in Congress and that is why he is so pressured on Zuckerberg and will be pressed until the Libra project is closed, or until it is reformatted under the auspices of the Federal Reserve System.

But on the other hand, nothing prevents the Fed from releasing its digital version of the dollar itself, saying goodbye to Zuckerberg.

I think sooner or later, It will be passed, when they met all regulations from US government. As David Marcus said, and the recent news from president Xi of China, if the United States does not allow Libra to operate, they will lose the chance to China companies. And I think absolutely it'll not happen.

Right now their rallying point is China's plan to launch their own Coin, so congress are going to review two things and these are, Facebook compliance to government regulation and China's impact in the e-commerce if they see that Facebook coin can neutralize China's intention to become a super power in e-commerce then Facebook had a good chance.
Even though that does make sense that Facebook's Libra could be there to balances out the possibly China's dominance in the crypto market but doesn't hinder the fact that Libra is still owned by a private company and the US government is not pleased with that.
If China is really pushing into releasing their own cryptocurrency then it seems the US government will balances that by releasing it themselves or making yet another technology that could surpass blockchain although I can't see that happening as of now.

Libra is really having difficulty submitting ideas about their projects. The US government is making it difficult to start up Libra and I think this project will be established very slowly than expected, and probably will not be established.
There is a lot of bad news about this and if the US government continues to make it difficult, I think Libra will have to be closed soon though it hasn't been established yet.

I think people will still keep talking about Libra but the knowledgable crypto community won't accept or buy it any time soon due to controversies around its trust and centralization. Facebook is still having a hard time struggling with laws and regulations against Libra. Yet it's still unpredictable to say it would be a success or not.
Even if majority of the community will not accept the centralized currency by Libra there will be people who will be willing to accept it since it is a stable currency and majority of them will trust the stable currency of Libra rather than the rest of the stable coins we have right now but before all these dreams and speculations how the regulators will allow them is the biggest task.

I have been telling my friends that soon Libra is going into the limbo floating somewhere in between hell and purgatory of regulatory universe. With many of the members of the Libra Association starting to disassociate themselves from this very controversial project, all the backers can be gone sooner than Mark Zuckerberg can get to the comfort room. Libra is destined to be strangled principally because this is another project of Facebook which is now known as not a good repository of data and is careless with the privacy of its users. I am suggesting to Mark to redo and change everything on Libra and even change its name...plus get new people to handle the whole project away from him and Facebook.
Facebook coin still running on the same place and they look not serious for building their community and have good working, they still not serious for develop of facebook coin for the future will way they want to earn, will give opportunity for investor to buy facebook coin or not, until today not have conclusion with facebook coin when list to public and have big announce when sell or open their schedule.

Thats naturally what is expected if you have something so revolutionary that it threatens the government so much. The government is scared that the implementation of this coin will reduce their hold on society, people will realise that the government has been brainwashing them for all these years and finally they will see how wonderful society could be if it only it was free from the burden of bureaucracy and tax.

Fight for freedom, fight for crypto!

Crypto community didn’t appreciated Libra from the very first day. Not only libra but all stable coins will not going to get applause from the crypto community. Stable coins may have future but they will not be able to compete with the pioneer of cryptocurrencies.

Facebook always had bad news for crypto since years ago. There was many news out there that facebook will ban cryptocurrency ads and other bad news happened in the past.
Also rumour said mark the facebook CEO is not supporting cryptocurrency, this statement came from a year or 2 years ago.
I think people are not interested anymore with facebook after what they've done, so people won't support the coin

I think Libra will still be run by Perez, but not in the near future. Because of regulatory issues related to the US government. France and Germany also still do not approve of Libra and plan to block it in Europe.
It is feared that Libra can replace the existing financial system. Because active Facebook users reach more than 2 billion. Imagine how quickly Libra will be adopted. If it has been adopted, Libra could have the power to get rid of the existing financial system because people are already comfortable using Libra later.

If the bad news is still there in the crypto world, let alone the big project about the Libra coin has Facebook, the business world is always there is competition. But I remain optimistic Facebook will be a clear project in digital currency.
After what happened, where many large companies left the Libra project, they revoked their support, so I became pessimistic that the Libra project could succeed. We will see in early 2020 whether the Libra project continues or stops halfway.
Well the Facebook could do nothing about it. imagine put yourself in a position against the government it's like they are trying to dig their own grave if they proceed to confront the regulation.
Mark zuckerberg to back off if the government refuses to give permit is definitely the wisest decision he could do. Creating libra will offer an uncertain profit and it will take a lot of hardwork anyways. The backing off done by the major investors also does make sense they won't throw their money for unreasonable causes.

This would be the wise move as nobody wants to stand against their government and even if they go against the government and create libra then there will be a lot of consequences and hurdle on the way from regulators and the reason why government is a opposing this is for the fact this that of Facebook enters crypto domain then other corporates will follow them and people will easily invest in those renowned brand and give preference to them which will definitely affect local fiat.

Libra or Facebook coin is waiting regulation from united state government want to allow or not using Libra coin release to public, so far Libra coin still waiting when their coin available for legal transaction and can publish soon for investor to buy Libra coin, so far many respond support and again Libra become coin and listing to the public, many opinion are agree and disagree with Libra coin.
