OP, be informed that trading is not online poker in regards to giving out information. In trading there are a lot more scammers out there because the unprofitable "experts" are not really profitable traders so they sell their "expertise" to unaware newbies. In online poker I believe the honesty of teaching the secrets of the game became their undoing.
This is true, if they held the secrets of making money when trading, do you think they will share it? Of course not the right move will be to mortgage the farm and become the richest man alive if you could predict the movements of the market, this is why you see so much advice that contradicts the advice of someone else, because most of the time they are basing their prediction on their opinions and biases.

For starting the trade you first have to to study some articles which will show you how you have to take the strategy before investing in any kind of coin for which you have to go to Google Search and there you have to find different article and read them well until you learn about to take this and get enough knowledge about starting the trade. After that you have to learn about different coins for which this forum is best places as you know and some  articles on the internet are available for this knowledge.
yes you can get good information about trading from different websites, even from youtube. you can also study different book about trading you need to take some assistant from your expert friends and when fulfil your study then you need to invest a little amount just for the purposes of getting experience. and when you get a good experience then you should invest your money in trading in a large scale.

I would say you could try Doge as a learning platform simply because of the rate and have some experience trading using that and then shift your focus on other coins, you can still invest in good ICO's,the idea is to start playing with small amount unless you learn about trading, you could use any exchanges with a good amount of volume .

I agree with your point that any person who will like to involve in trade first have to learn about it on different articles available on internet and if he have some institutes available on his places then he have to take some classes for becoming a more expert and skillful person in trade after that come and invest as a trader.

Well again I want to thank everyone for the advice. I won't be paper trading because I'm like a kid with fire but one of the lessons I have taken to heart is to not put all of my trading capital into one trade. I will split it up into 1/5s and I won't use all 5 unless I see five trades that I think should happen. I avoid the fomo buys where things are peaking and I buy dumps.

I'm not really sure if those are solid rules for gains but in my head it makes sense which is what I went for in poker. Also I look at the order books. I'm not sure if this is a profitable strategy but so far in the very short term, statistically insignificant term it has been profitable.

One thing I learned regarding my emotions is that I really wanted to buy something (because I saw all those gains) then I need to not buy it and if I really want to sell something because I'm seeing these losses (barring news that means I have to sell) then I need to just do the opposite. Again I could be right or I could be wrong but that's how I see it right now.

I know this may seem like something that is easy to find with google but I am having a difficult time finding a good forum or website where trading strategy is the primary goal and I can improve my skills. I used to play online poker and stopped after Black Friday.

My question is are there any websites that are like the 2+2 forums, card runners or deucescracked etc.? Where have you gone to learn about daytrading cryptocurrencies?

I got into this a little over a month and half ago and while I am up because of just a lucky decision or two I am quickly going to lose my ass if I don't figure out some sort of effective strategy.

In short, I suck at this and really need some help.

Thanks

Edit: Before someone replies I just want to throw this out there, I'm pretty sure this is a good website to learn about coins and what not and I come here everyday but I have a very hard time sorting through the bullshit. Obviously this place might be a great place but I might be in the wrong sections.
When we are talking about such a deep subject as day trading the only thing I can say to you that you are better off learning from a book or a course than from a website, for example I’m not an expert on poker but most of what I know came from Doyle Brunson super system book, I learned other things from other books and websites but that is where the base of my knowledge comes from, find a good book about day trading and read it over and over again until you have the basics mastered.

Google is your friend but bitcointalk can be your the best friend that you can have in terms of learning something about bitcoin because you can just post something here just what like you already did and also wait for the other members opinions or feed backs that can help you to do such things like better decisions and also a  lot of ideas that can help you to become better trader.
Yes for cryptocurrency trading if you have any doubts just open one thread here you will get answers from experts. And before opening a new thread just once in particular section maybe someone will be asked same question what you are going to ask. Google also suggest you visit bitcoin talk forum. It takes time, but you can learn quickly.
It seems to me that we have 1 formations and can be anywhere and anyhow, but how you can trust it, it's a completely different matter. You need to be persuasive in these matters and avoid scammers so that you can then trade well.

Actually now include easy if you want to find ways to learn trading and become a trader

From google you can get this information ,, can through blog, youtube to understand its base

But the easiest way is to have friends who are experienced in this field, we can practice immediately without hesitation.

Learning about trading is possible only trough practice, reading about it, talking, watching is good but without going into the fire directly trading can not be learned. To learn trading everyone needs to pay certain amount of money and to be ready to lose it on practice.
Experience comes from practice and that is the best way for learning about trading. Take a look how others are doing their trades but in the end always trust yourself and in your own judgement.

I learned trading to a friend who had experienced a glitch with forex trading, and from him I learned a lot about trading basics, although there is a difference between forex trading with altcoin trading but basically  same, always trying to make a profit by maximizing every available opportunity Minimize loss if it should occur in trading.

You can watch youtube that i think is one way how to learn trading. But on the basic part ask someone  you know what platforms would be the best to start with newbies. trading live will be the best teacher. You might win or loose just start with a small amount for experience. There are so much to learn.

As long as I'm trading, the best teacher I get is just my experience. It's better to learn right from the experience, but if you do not know the basics, maybe you should find someone who can teach you to trade.

somebody mentioned tradingview. you can use that or coinigy it will help you analyze graphs for any exchange and basically any coin out there. essentially they do the same thing.

Other than that I would say baby pips will help. It is based on forex, but I think you can apply most things to cryptocurrency.
