I don't know why you say that. OP is not wearing a signature, so this thread can't be understood just as a way to cover a weekly quota to get paid. In fact, he posts very occasionally on the forum, he seems to be an occasional visitor.

What seems wrong to me is that he opens the thread and then says nothing more.

Well a gambling casino that has a license will always be afraid to make such fraud activity because they can simply report to the authority and simply they can't operate because the government will stop them from their operation. If that is from an online gambling casino, I think we have a cybercrime detector that help people to solve how they become scammed and those scammers will definitely be punished.
There will be always justice to those who were a victim of the casino and also not all claiming a victim is the real one.

True indeed. If they want to clear their names then they should solve the issues that their gamblers accused. It is very simple to clear a name for the site as I have said which is to solve the problems or issues and don't have to do it again. Who would want to gamble to a gambling site and won't be able to withdraw. There is only one thing I can think of, let RILWAN gamble to a site that is fraud and let's see if its okay (own money).

Yea if the company is registered somewhere then then the authorities can be informed about it, this is much easier if you contact the license provider of the gambling company they'll have a better grip on the rules and regulations of the country that gambling company is operating in and they'll threaten and you'll get what you deserve from the company otherwise they can see themselves behind the bars if proof against them is solid.

I don't think the OP should post a scam accusation on the scam accusation board as I think the user has not been scammed. It is just for report to avoid/ban or something about a site for the fraud. I do not think there is any benefit except giving them a negative trust on the forum (if they have an account on the forum).

There's no way to track this criminals unless they leave traces of there identity. Besides that, It will cause huge some of money just to track and file a legal charges especially if its international. Its better to avoid shady rather than risk on playing.

The proverb ‘An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure’ applies perfectly here, it is obvious that when it comes to our entertainment we do not want to go through the trouble of doing our due diligence and check if the casino is legitimate or not.

However this is something that we must do if we want to be sure that we are not going to get scammed, after all even if we are gambling for fun what will happen if you are actually lucky enough to get a big win at the casino? If the casino is honest they will pay but if they are not then they will refuse even if you followed every single rule on their TOS, so this is something we must do in order to avoid complications in the future.

But always remember to have compiled all strong evidence you have and that is very needed to prove on their fraud activity and quickly shutting down by the authority was there were caught. Most likely file complainant does not want to proceed because this is a very long process though there are too many cyber crime authorities who will help you but there is no guarantee.

We are glad that we unite here as one when there is a scam gambling casino and report it immediately. So if I were you guys, it is better to pick a gambling site that has a promotion here because they had fair to ruin their reputation and cannot advertise here in the forum. But since the forum is not moderate scam issues but we have active DT members who keep busting those malicious and fraud gambling casinos. So picking up one of them here to use is far better with unknown gambling casinos.

It is best you, first of all, try to lay a complaint at the site official admin and after then try to have contact with the support to try to sort things out and if your genuine you may probably have your funds back and after then the site will gain your reputation.
