There was a time when we had the user - game-protect who was doing all the job for fighting scam casinos, gambling fraud and was helping users to claim back the money that casino had owned to them. Sadly, this user died in that fight.

Haha, okay, just a joke.

Gambling frauds are reported in Scam Accusation section that is a sub board (along with Reputation) of Trading Discussion section. But scam accusation thread has its format that you have to follow.
Here is the format - Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly)

@OP, a day has passed and everyone has told you what to do but you haven't got back yet maybe you're busy IRL.

What are these casinos that are fraud? It's better if you left with their names so that we can also see and have our opinions about these fraud gambling sites that you're about to report.
The poster had not write anything yet when different answers had been given to him/her. Posting an accusation on this forum will need little understanding about how the forum works and posting style. Looking backward at the great comments can h had gotten is sufficient for the op.

Is OP really serious after asking this question he did not come back to create a scam accusation, I have a feeling it's that old 1XBIT again many of the accusations are coming from newbies who are not aware of their activity, people are waiting for what's the name of the casino that he will accuse of scamming?

I hope he can back it up and he creates the right format.
Don't just conclude like that otherwise your comments may be seen as trying to throw 1xbit, even the stake you are wearing the signature hard one or two accusations against them, and no one is calling them out. The thread starter is in the best position to come and address everyone before we know where to point at.

Hello, I have been searching the forum to see where to report gambling site frauds on this forum.
If you have been searching here, you should find them, moreover, each board is clearly stated, and also you can find them on the search button.
Btw, many members have explained to you about the board reporting the gambling fraud.
And I see that you are not active since your last post.
Btw, if you are willing to have that kind of scam accusation, ensure that you have strong proved as evidence in order to make your scam accusation accepted and supported by members in this forum.
So, it is not only an accusation but a proof-based accusation.

But most of the reported cases are either unsolved or partly solved the forum does not have any law or punishment for scam gambling sites but if you report them it can help prevent members from this forum from being scammed.
True, but something is better than nothing basically or prevention is better than cure. These scam accusations against proven scam sites might not help victims, but it could potentially help other gullible members from getting scammed as you mentioned.

However, there are certain sites like 1xbit that continue to lure more and more gullible gamblers despite the rising scam accusations against them based on my research.

We need to come up with better ways to deal with such powerful sites since the current options are ineffective against them.

I think gambling fraud can be reported either in scam accusation or reputation board with evidence fraud committed

Hello, I have been searching the forum to see where to report gambling site frauds on this forum.
Just like a member or two have said, you can create your accusation in the scam and accusation section, click Scam and Accusation to head over to that section.

And a bit of advice here, note that creating a scam accusation thread against whatever platform you feel scammed you have almost zero chance of helping you get your money back, and also, it is highly adviced you reach out to the platform customer service first (or who ever is related to the platform that will answer you quick), try your best to resolve whatever issue you have with the platform amicably first, as for example, missing money could be due to some unseen errors on the platform which if brought before the platform owners, can be resolved without raising any dust.

But in the case where all effort to reach the platform owners proved abortive, or they deliberately ignore you, or claim nothing happened when you are very sure something happened which resulted to you loosing your money, or maybe you won a bet which they refuse to pay and claim you didn't win or accused you of fraud when you are very sure you aren't guilty at all, and they refuse to understand, then you are free as the bird of the air to bring the matter to the public by creating a scam accusation against the platform, though you are likely not going to get your money back, but sure your scam accusation if genuine will help others stay clear from such platform in other not fall victim as well, and in return, you will be appreciated.

You can report here on the Scam Accusation section  of the forum but make sure you have complete details for scam.

Please note if the gambling site is the trusted and reputed one, they will listen your case and solve your issue but if the site is a scam, no matter where you appeal against them, you will not get your money back.
Yes, if the site is active on this forum, posting accusation on this forum can solve the problem (not guaranteed tho). At least it can notice other members to stay away from scam casino.

Also, be careful of someone PM you to be the game protect or whatever entity that claims can get your money back. Most of the time, it's also a scam.
^ Definitely right, it also brings awareness to the community not to be scam by them. But I don't think OP is serious about the question, it seems OP did not come back after asking this. However, to avoid unresolved problems in the future, we should choose a gambling casino that has a business here and that is sure they are reputable since the community can monitor their activity by updating their ann thread.
There are too many gambling casinos to choose here that are legit and don't have fraudulent issues or scam issues.

To report a case about a gambling site you should head over to the Scam Accusation section and start a thread there.

Also make sure to follow the scam report format.
just to add to this. make sure to add all the necessary evidence showing that the website/gambling site actually did scam you or did some shady.

@OP, I've seen a lot of scam accusations get ignored because of a lack of evidence. so if you decide to make a scam accusation make sure you have all the proper evidence to back up your claim.

Also make sure to follow the scam report format.

Since you already posted this, we are looking forward to OP posting what gambling site he is going to post, people should be warned right away if it's a new gambling site that is starting to scam people, there's also a possibility that it's an old gambling site who's been scamming people ever since, but I'll wait and see if it's a new gambling site or a new one.
OP just follow the right format so your allegation will stand, and get more support from DT's and members.

That's just what he needs to know and just post whatever he has to prove it's a fraud casino. How much money is taken from him isn't much of an importance.

If game-protect was just here, this thread may already have a ton of posts about her achievement from the legal battle against fraudulent casinos, I didn't find her anymore in the forum.

I'm curious may I ask are you going to open a scam against a gambling site here? may I ask the name of it?
Better to follow his profile's topics started to know it. I only guess that this is some kinda unfortunate personal experience using a reputed gambling/casino site. If not, then that's really unfortunate using a non-reputed site at all.
I guess you are confused about the topic or just posting to increase post count for signature as the reply is off-topic, as many have suggested you open scam accusation if you have any issue with a gambling site to help warn other of the site and preventing feature scam
Well the user that you quoted above is on the right track and I think that is not an off-topic per see. We should use a reputed casino to avoid the possible problems just like scamming users. I think you are just the one and posted the redundant answer for the sake of your post count and as you can see, it was suggested above. Why not just add this, Op should compile all evidence and proof OP had because posting in a scam accusation without valid proof is nonsense, there should be strong support of your claim why you called a casino is a scam and that is what I want OP to do.

You will receive a better audience if you post this accusations on the gambling site official thread on the forum if their have any, or you make a scam accusations against separately.

It's ok to have a separate thread on the Scam Accusation board. Most DTs are lurking there and watching that board. Of course, OP should open up a scam thread only if there's enough and solid proof that the site is a scam. Don't post there with just accusation without any bearing.

Or maybe OP just asking that question as a reference in the future. I hope OP is serious at this.

To be honest it might be a bit of a futile effort to report frauds here, because depending on the amount of shills they have and the popularity of the site - it can go overlooked for quite some time. You are better off trying to determine the country where the site is hosted or trying to find where the parties who benefit are located, then report your concerns directly to the police force of that country. You should definitely alert people via the scam accusation section here, but such scams can continue to run for a long time so it's worth dropping your scam accusation into places like trustadvisor and other review sites to warn people away from the fraudulent activity you see. Looking at it from the other angle, make sure you really are sure the evidence you've collected is valid and you're not simply trying to get revenge because of losing.

I think OP is not looking for a much technical response by the authorities, for example, but rather just wants to report a gambling fraud here in the forum.
