If you have any way of answering is question, then fine not trying to be over sensitive. If op has any problem of scam accusation, taking is complains to the appropriate thread will be a good move. Even though he created a thread at the wrong channel, it can always be transferred without any worries.

Did the casino make an announcement thread on this forum? Or is it a gambling site outside this forum? Please explain in more detail so we can understand it.

Since many have suggested about the format, it is better to make a thread as soon as possible on the scam accusation board so that there are not many victims and we know better that the casino site has a problem with you.

But I saw in your post history that I didn't find you discussing the casino gambling thread with the name on it.

Depends on the magnitude of the problem and who you want to resolve the issue.

Your country probably has a complaint centre for gambling operators, or a gambling ombudsman.

If you want to make a complaint to them you'd have to go through their complaint handling process. On the forum you can create a new scam accusation but that's probably not going to do anything other than add negative trust to the casino operator's account.

Go to the scam accusation board to report all scams related to gambling and another form of scam just follow the format, and make sure to include all the proves needed to back your claims.
