I think it's still a little and still difficult if you want to sell real assets to Crypto. maybe it would be better if you sell it to fia first then you buy crypto from the sale.
I do not really like it when a real asset like real estate property is being mortgage or sell to invest in cryptocurrency but it is a discretion to the one who like to join in cryptocurrency. Anyway I advise to invest in BTC and ETH or other strong crypto in the market because over a period of time having these crypto will definitely let you earn from it.

Ask in russian local board if you need specific answer. For some people who has cryptocurrency is not possible to buy your land if he/she lives in different country with you. If you really want buy you can also sell your land first to money fiat and after that you buy it in local bitcoin or another exchange. I think, in this situation there are many users who reluctant to buy land with cryptocurrency becuase as you may know the trend price still showing to decline, so as they will have many considerations for making sales or purchases using cryptocurrency.

If there is a site similar to ebay in Russia, I bet you can use that site. Just add that you want to sell your land for bitcoin at the end of your description.

Legally in Russia, you are unlikely to be able to sell land. As far as I know, cryptocurrencies in Russia are recognized as a money surrogate. This means that all operations with cryptocurrencies are not legal and you cannot officially make a purchase for cryptocurrency. But you can issue a deed of gift to the person who will transfer your cryptocurrency. True, I do not know whether this option will suit you or not, but as far as I know so far this is the only possible option for selling land for cryptocurrency in Russia. Now in different countries there are ICO projects that are trying to resolve this issue, but so far I have not met a work one.

Yes, of course it's true than asking here or wanting to sell and now it's better to publish in your place of residence or your country because it's more effective and I believe that most people there have cryptocurrency and can be discussed for sales in cryptocurrency if indeed very difficult then sell as it should without having to make cryptocurrency payments, after making a profit, the next step is to buy cryptocurrency itself, then all can be managed alone to find a solution.

The best thing he can do is only visit in that place so he can know where is the land and he can get a suggestion from local people how to buy and sell the land. It's better if you can find a buyer or seller from the local places and he will pay with local currency by transferring to your bank account, and then you can find a seller in localbitcoin so you can buy crypto from him. That is the best offer you can get Cool
Never make a deal online if you want to sell land.

I have not seen such companies sites. Moreover, I don't know how with this in Russia.
I don't know how to do the best. But I would do this:
1) Sell land for fiat money.
2) With this money for some time in parts, buy a cryptocurrency.
3) Use only large reliable exchanges.

It is necessary to take into account all possible risks to such a case. Read on the Internet about risk management. There is a lot of such information. Good luck!

I suggest you do not sell land to buy crypto currencies, you better buy with a little capital with your savings, so you do not need to sell land for krypto interests.

In my opinion, your decision is very brave. Want to sell land for Cryptocurrency, I salute you. But if I may suggest, you should undo your intention. Use cold money to do a Cryptocurrency business, because the risk in Cryptocurrency is very high. You can lose your money and land, but that is only my advice. The final decision is on yourself.

I think selling cryptocurrency is more easier when comes to in this field but choosing the best selling method is more difficult but lots of people had stable selling method following them and their experience will be the right way to make your selling strategy.

I guess there are some coins about real estate that could solve your problem. Simply do some research and you can find them but if you don't see the coin you want then I suggest to sell that land for money and you will use that money in exchange to cryptocurrency. Just bear in mind that don't buy a single crypto, diversify your investment so that it will not give you a hard time thinking of what is happening on your investment. Its better to have a contingency plan than none.

You need to look for an agent or a broker that will do the job for you and better if that person will have a crypto knowledge. And all the job will depend on him on how he's good enough to look for those crypto marketplace where there are buyers who are willing to pay for your property in crypto.

But if there's none, you can sell it with cold cash and convert that money into crypto. This is just an option for OP if he never finds a way to sell his land for cryptocurrencies. Research locally with the use of internet and joining local forums would help you there in Russia.

I still doubt it, because the price of cryptocurrency is very volatile.
can you imagine if someone would buy your land for a price of 10 btc for example, even though he bought the btc for 8000 $ at that time, and now the price of btc is only around 3600 $ of course he has to spend more money on it. he will lose right? so I think this will be very difficult.

Good day, dear forum users. My next question is on the agenda.

Sorry, this is machine translation.

Now more and more people are entering cryptocurrency. And some of her quite a large number.

I am a simple men from Russia.
I have land (land plots) that I would like to sell for Cryptocurrency.

Maybe someone knows the site with ads where they sell real material objects for cryptocurrency?

There is land in the Dmitrovsky district near Moscow, as well as in the Perm Krai and Krasnoyarsk.

Share your experience if there is one. Thank!
You need to post this thread in the marketplace section and it may not going to find the buyer in your locale,if younfave difficulty while selling then sell it for fiat and the buy the cryptocurrencies based on your criteria on any on the reputed cryptocurrency exchanges.

for now there is no, you can only sell it in the crypto market so that crypto is less valuable which makes investors still reluctant to return to buy crypto and make the crypto market very difficult to rise.

You will sell your land which appreciates its value every time with something that every little news can obliterate or appreciate its price? My friend. Don't do that.

I would rather have a land rather than gamble in this market like seriously.

I have another opinion for you. You can sell your land with your local currency and then you will be able to buy crypto currency with your local currency. So search a local people who wants to buy land. I think it will be much easier for you.
I agree, in that way I think we will be easier to sell, because I'm sure the bitcoiner in your place is only a small part, so it will be more difficult to sell your land. hence selling regularly better then the new fiat money is used to buy bitcoin
There are allot of sellers who use to by and sell bitcoin in my place. I am happy that I police in good place where people value bitcoin. Holding is the best thing according to me but if you meet some local sellers and buyers contact them. It is good to sell only when you see it in trend and will give you huge amount of profit.

Might this is the reason for government ban bitcoin to be used as a payment system or place of investment. Everyone will look for many ways to avoid tax problems or compensation from the sale to the government. However, I do not know the response of the Russian government against bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a whole and what will you do includes illegal act or not. Apart from that, when you want to sell an item (land) with cryptocurrency you can find the cryptocurrency community in your country, maybe this is a simple matter compared to you looking for a buyer from outside your country. Usually people who live in the same country will know more about government regulations and you can easily negotiate.
