Either they will be out or on a vacation or maybe they will just be home chilling and watching TV like a couple of years ago. If you are not that old enough then I'm sure you still remember your childhood where you get to play outside with your neighbors and teenagers would just be at home or our elders would have like a movie night or hangout on someone's place or overnight and watch a movie or something.
Your guess?
Probably people will be more sociable because they will not be using their phone from time to time. People will talk more with their friends and family. Human relationship would be better. People will have more time with their love ones and people will be more engaging. They would have more time to appreciate what's happening around them.
A society without the Internet will communicate more with people and engage in many interesting activities for which they did not have enough time because of the Internet. Sometimes it is useful to spend time without the Internet.

Lol. Hadn't thought about it like that though and it's another way to look at how the internet has influenced today's generation. Gone are the days when a guy would put in a lot.of effort without even getting to hold a girl's hand. ;p

Why ban the Internet there?
Well, that was tough for the people of that district. I can't imagine the situation of people in which Internet became part of their lives.

I told before internet is a big advantage and it's really great that all information is just click away...But isn't impossible to live without it, people would spend more time together but science and technology go and we must follow it

I definitely have no idea about that. Internet change our lives in easier way. All people in this world has a cell phone, tablet, laptop, desktops that can access an internet connections. All people also has an account in twitter, instagram, emails, facebook, etc. Every day we need internet especially to us who do bitcoin. We really depend on internet and internet is life. Without internet may be the whole world is very difficult in communicating like country to country. But it is also a good thing because a person will interact with another person and not with the internet.
Without the Internet now it is already impossible as it gives many work and develops all spheres. You just need to reduce the amount of time allotted to the Internet and communicate more in real life.
If there were no internet.. I think the people interact or communicate with each other. They will have more quality time with their loved ones.. to their family and friends. They still go to the library to do their stuff and have some research. People will have a great connection with each other. But still I like it more if there is an Internet.

A society without the Internet will become more mobile and healthy. The Internet needs to be used only for work and quick communication with loved ones, and in the rest of the time as much as possible to move to maintain their health in order.
