I guess everything will slow down when there is no internet, even death. I think we will be on the war and trading era, where everyone will do anything in order to acquire knowledge from others.

If we didn't have internet then it would be like we didn't develop from years ago. Socialization would be personal, transactions always through falling in line, books and publishing would be more alive. Interent indeed made the world more reachable for everyone. It made information more accessible and functions even faster. Sadly it was used also for not so good things.. but I believe that there will always be pros and cons for every century

I don't know probably my sexual life would be better  Grin

May be. There was a research study about Japan. It claimed that the sexual activity is lowest among the Japanese adults, because many of them are addicted to porn and strange fetishes. So banning porn will be having a positive effect on the sexual health.

Your guess?

Well everything depends on the internet nowadays so thinking that it will be gone, there will be a lot of chaos since banks, records and much more are in the internet based systems. Communication will be hard cause there would be no telephones and internet services that is needed by everyone.

In the library. You can also do research there but not as fast as we do here in the internet. There are a lot of information there that will help us, all you need to have is patience for it is time consuming and good reading ability

A society without the Internet will spend more time outdoors. But the Internet now is necessary for many for earnings, therefore it is impossible to refuse from it completely, and it is possible to limit only quantity of time.

Internet brings me a lot of information and also brings me a lot of jobs and opportunity as well. A lot of people are now using internet. What will happen to me without internet? It will surely force me to go outside and look for a job.

As i see the future of a society without the internet,  the citizens will dwell more on manual works and personal communications. The interactions between people and environment will be more evident.

Interactions are needed, but if there is no internet, then it is going to have a negative effect on a lot of things. Time and effort will be wasted on traveling and other tasks. For example, if I need to transfer money to someone, then I might be required to go to the bank instead of doing that at home using internet banking.

Without the internet people would still be ignoring one another with newspapers, rsdios or whatever else we would imvent. Essentially, this would also mean that since we would not have internet, we would not be as involved as a society.
It's natural to ignore people that you don't know, it's just weird if you notice people because you might get the impression "why is this person talking to me" or something like that. It would be something that will make people regret if not invented because the communication would be really hard.

Flash back to the 1950's and you'd know exactly what it is like. No moon missions and no world communications via satellites eh?

No need to go so far. I was born in 1980 and there was no Internet in my childhood/teenage years (well, it existed, but virtually nobody had access). We socialized a lot more than todays children/teens, when we wanted to meet someone we would just show up at their place or call the landline and ask their parents if they were home and if we wanted to pick up a girl we had to go straight up face to face (no dating apps or anything similar).

It seems like Internet has made a huge impact on social interactions; I'm not saying it is all bad because it does allow a lot of people to socialize with like-minded persons all around the globe (which was previously unthinkable), but social customs which have been standard for centuries seem to be disappearing in just a few decades. And of course it has enabled lots of positive advances (universal access to information being for me the most important one).

We could socialize better. Internet is develop to help people send a transactions or any important details around the world but now it is being used for socializing business and even bitcoin. Yet if we are going to remove it there would be a simpler life

Really it has been a matter of chain reaction to all. Its almost like, it changed everything. Something very new and very useful.
