of course ETH, it has a good reputation to be reckoned with, almost all icos are using eth, altcoins are rather unstable in the market ranking, but eth has proven its own strength, i think byteball deserves to be on the toplist, it has great wallet and exchange platform, user friendly and accepted by most user.
I think altcoin that use different technology to make great product like combination of IoT/ Internet of Things, Blockchain technology and AI/artificial intelegence , and one of the altcoins that use all this technology is HDAC and DATA Streamr. In the long run this project will be big and will be many people interesting in to it.
When we are talking about the best or top lf the line in terms of technologies and features in crypto currencies ETH or Ethereum is one of the best and proves that they are really good and deserve to be called a very potential altcoin because we all know a lot of altcoin in crypto industries are having a feature to convert their own coin into ETH and we know in terms of ERC-20 coin Ethereum is know for all good features and have a good security thats why its been more popular for a lof of people in different countries and for many years Ethereum still stands after facing a lot of crisis in the market.

Nowaday, Cardano could have more advantuges than Ethereum, but tormorrow is a new day. Let's think over about the vision, the team, bussiness marketting if you want to invest, withou "the best technology" concept.

I think that the altcoins with the best technology is definitely etehreum. Ethereum, Eos, Ripple. in my opinion these 3 altcoins have the best technology to be developed in the future. because it has a large volume and a clearer concept. Projects have very different kind of technologies, IOTA is very different but I think it is very risky if you invest in it only for the technology, oax is also using a new technology for its platform.
