Anyway, i use an online wallet (blockchain). Would advice against using an exchange wallet. Best to get them out as soon as you receive them. Who knows what happens to your coins on-chain?

I am using blockchain.info 
I am using C-CEX , Bittrex ( low amounts ) aswell as paper wallets , multibit. and the bitcoin core pretty much all wallets honestly : >

I am using Bitcoin Core wallet. Simple and easy to use. yes, you have to download the whole blockchain, but in the end of the day this is how it works and it is worth the effort. Now, one more comment, most of the wallets that are mentioned in the first post are online exchange wallets. Do not store bigger amounts there, that you cannot afford to lose, as the history of fallen exchanges is long: mt. gox, coinex.pw, moolah/mintpal, to name just few.

Blockchains from the very start. Safe, fast, looks good, I love it. I'd recommend you Blockchain. But maybe you'd find some different wallet that will suite you more.

Starting with Electrum.
I tried to use Bitcoin Core, but downloading the blockchain is a complicated mission (it requires a lot of time with my internet connection and the client doesn't show at what speed the download is ocurring).

i am using Multibit as my wallet. also BTC-e and bittrex are not wallets, they are exchangers and you probably shouldnt use exchangers to store your bitcoins Which BTC wallet you are using?

Personally using Bitcoin Core at the moment , the best and the only . It does worth downloading the whole Blockchain file I Have no problem with that at all .
For the Wallets that you jusut mentioned , most of them are for exchangers and Online wallets which is not a good thing , because it can finish bad and get your Bitcoin lost if the exchangers gets hacked . to be honest I think exchangers defeats the whole purpose of Bitcoin

Armory has been the choice of wallet for my use. Would suggest the same.
I use Multibit and I like it a lot. It's a lite-wallet, of course, which means it doesn't have to download the whole blockchain (many many GB nowadays) and it can also handle multiple wallets with a set of multiple addresses each!
The bigger amounts of btc i have are stored offline, but for my daily transactions i use multibit.
im using bitcoin core for my primary address. its my secret and first wallet. i stored my btc insvesments in it.
for trading, gambling, adds etc. all addresses are stored in Multibit. for android im using Bitcoin Wallet

I've tried a lot. Wallets have been getting better lately. As for usage / spending I've just been using Blockchain.info. I would like to see the new MultiBit HD when it's out. (It's not, is it?)
At the moment I'm using Multibit, Paperwallets and greenAddress (mobile).
