I am pretty sure next year the country will begin to legalize many bitcoin so that it can be used freely. it all refers to the human needs are always wanting something quick walk either of the payment transaction or money transfer system.

Bitcoin is inovation of internet, the country is not has power to control it. Every people use internet in the world and some time news of bitcoin will accepted by them. And people who use internet will use bitcoin too. Even if it needs much time. But it is just my opinion.

I think we cant say which country does not use bitcoin, Maybe replace it with Which country is making bitcoin banned in their government. If it is banned the people will not use it

i dont even think that school gonna introduce bitcoin here, because the kids is learning education. not to learning how to make money
because the money thing is the parent's duty to fund their children. so school is a bad idea to start bitcoin knowledge

Although there's no bitcoin store in your country, doesn't mean that there's no bitcoin users in there. Maybe there's online store that accept bitcoin as their payment.
As long as there's internet access, bitcoin is exist.

I think very few countries are using bitcoin as an official currency. 99% of the countries are using bitcoins online and the people trade it for fiat before using it in their own stores.

because of there military they don't want to change there wages to bitcoin they work for the government and have to strictly follow what has been told. I'm sure most countries do use bitcoin but that is only if they have internet access to create a virtual wallet.

I do not know the reason why they do not make use bitcoin.

Reason is simple for these 2 countries in my view. They both have very much restrictions regarding their internet connection. In N.Korea only 600 people have access to the internet, a lot of them workers and spies working for the N.Korea government. Same with Cuba, I saw a documentary a few months ago for Cuba named, "Land forgotten by time" and this documentary was showing they were very happy when buying a new TV or a new Fridge , or a new washing machine, let alone anyone of them to use Bitcoin. So I think after all this discussion, we know 2 countries which doesn't use bitcoin (countries meaning not a single person using it) not sure about N.Korea, but very sure about Cuba.

Another reason why NoKor doesn't use bitcoin is that they are a very strict country and they try to wall up themselves from other countries. I mean, You'll need a special permit to enter North Korea (as far as I know). They don't have much equipments or materials or other stuffs that came from outside their country. Most are from their own production.

Iceland, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam have banned Bitcoins. So I think no one use bitcoin there. Russia has also outlawed Bitcoins, so chances are slim that bitcoin are used there. Condition of North Korea and Cuba is pathetic not only in terms of Bitcoins but also in general terms. These countries have no connection to rest of the world.
