Your list is great, but for me, BTC, ETH, and BNB have more potential than TRX, XLM. No doubt to pick BTC is the best choice because BTC is the most profitable coin. ETH is the second-best currency after BTC, that is why this coin has a great trading volume, that means people are happy with ETH, and no doubt this situation will be the same for a long time. you are absolutely right about the Defi,but the defi coins you said have risen in price enough but can still rise.But when I look at the total volume about defi, it really seems too little to me. Maybe they are still cheap.

That's making me encourage to stack more bitcoin and Ethereum. There are surely going to make good profits in 2021 but we're still at the early stage.
You can follow some of the posts and threads on altcoins discussion to look for some interesting coins. But don't think all of it are worth it, analyze them and verify through researching if they're all good.
