Binance is really good and the interface is really user friendly and easy to use and the volume is quite a lot. You can also use some basic indicator tools over there. It's going to be the best or the same class as bittrex in the future.

Binance is becoming the new attraction and it has the best coins to offer and high volumes but I still prefer Bittrex because the UI is simple but better.

I think the best exchange for trading altcoins is Bittrex and Binance. Bittrex has strong security features and easy to use features. For coins that came out I use Etherdelta.

Bittrex has some issues in the past few weeks but I'm still confident this is one of the best exchanges same as poloniex and yobit actually they are almost offering the same products to trade but if you need other alts exchanges you can still look on the other exchanges that open this year I believe they are also a good option to take.

before you start trading here are a few things you should check first as per your specific requirements:
search through reviews from individual users and well-known industry websites. ask any questions on forums like BitcoinTalk or Reddit.
Most exchanges should have fee-related information on their websites. Before joining, make sure you understand deposit, transaction and withdrawal fees.
Check payment methods, If an exchange has limited payment options then it may not be convenient for you to use it.
The vast majority of the Bitcoin trading platforms require some sort of ID verification in order to make deposits & withdrawals. Some exchanges will allow you to remain anonymous.
Some specific user functions offered by exchanges are only accessible from certain countries. Make sure the exchange you want to join allows full access to all platform tools and functions in the country you currently live in.
Different exchanges have different rates and you can save a lot if you shop around. rates can fluctuate up to 10% and even higher in some cases.

I think the best exchange for trading altcoins is binanace, one reason there are a lot of altcoins and users, aother reason is that there is an app that I can trad with my mobile phone, which is more convenient than on the website.

IMO Bittrex and Binance are the best exchanges. Of course exchanges like Bitfenix and Cryptopia and the lesser known ones are good to use,  but either they are pump and dump grounds,  or dont have volume or are simply not trustworthy. Recently i am into binance because of the android app,  which is really cool.

The best exchange is Bittrex, Poloneix, and binance for me. I am looking for Cobinhood because they are zero fee every time you trade. Looks like interesting but I don't have yet account in their platform.

bittrex, which should be by far the smoothest alternative altcoin exchange, be it trading or deposit withdrawals. If you are buying and selling bitcoins, the best exchange should be coinbass.

If you want buy a bulk altcoins bittrex, kraken and bitfinex are the best one. Other decent exchange like cryptopia, novaexchange and livecoin also good. Based on my experience, i already use all the listed exchanges and for me bittrex is the best but their rules about verification is make me move to other exchange.

I feel like a bull in a China shop at the moment. My goal is to buy Altcoins using fiat money at first as long term investments. So would like to use Credit card/bank transfer and use an exchange with the biggest variety of coins. I have tried to read some reviews on some of the exchanges and it all seems a bit frightening with lost money, no response to queries, downtime in websites. It seems like the Wild West out there.
I have tried just opening an account with Bitfinex and not able as no new accounts are accepted due to some problem.

Which exchange would you suggest to buy altcoins?
Look, I have used several but I identified more and Bittrex I will go over my personal feed. First Yobit, every new user always hits this exchange first, but it has a very polluted layout and a site extremely pessado besides having a vast repertoire of dead coins, I do not indicate. Hitbtc, besides being a very suspicious exchange, they dictate how much of a ring you can sell sometimes, for example, we can only sell in pairs, 1k doge, 10 x currency tokens and so on. Not to mention that recently they listed several scams on their trading list without going through any sort of security process.

Bittrex, and one with the cleanest and easiest layouts to use, also has a very large volume of sale and purchase. On their coin shelf they make several cleanings this to avoid exposing dead coins, recently they adopted a new withdrawal policy, where only those who have a verified account can make withdrawals, but it still remains the best exchange.

An ex-changer can be considered as best exchange if people can TRUST to the level that transfer one's hard earned money IN/OUT is without any risk of freezing funds, delays or simply stopping you without any reason from withdrawing your FIAT/Coins. EtherDelta is good but showing problems at trading for the network flooding in recent days. Bittrex has less issues than any other exchanges but big fees and big lags since a few weeks. Poloniex & binance can take a good part of the marketcap as good Exchange.
