I think both are good coins for hold. ETC and NEO both are very strong and promising [Suspicious link removed]d platform and market value is also very strong. People have full trust on it. Both are provides huge potential and it gives huge profit.
I don't like forks. I vote for the original blockchains. I do not like ETC, BCH, Zclassic, Litecoin and others. In particular, the ETC does nothing, I do not see the results of the development. Answering the question - of course NEO.

Both of them are worth to buy. My favorite coin is NEO so I will suggest to buy NEO. NEO used to reach $160 but now its price is just $19. I think it has potential to hit $160 again and if that happens, we will have a very big profit.

when we talk about the coin to hodl, the prospects of the projects or utilities of the coin comes into play, for me i would hodl NEO instead of ETC.
I personally think NEO is a great coin. Its price is stable and keeps going up. But you should keep in mind that as a Chinese ETH if ICOs are banned in china then it’ll be hard for NEO. On the other hand ETH is also good for long term hold.

Both ETC an NEW are good for hold. Both of them are top smart contract players. Both of them have almost similar objective but I think ETC is more mature in term of technical sector and adoption.
I try to buy some more for both of them when you compare NEO just have 65.000.00 fix total supply while ETH has 101.591.000. As we all know ETH has very high popularity and demand for ICO's so I prefer keep both of them.
