In my opinion both are good for holding. Both are regarded as good investment for long run. ETC shows reliability and neo is also a coin of a solid project with a good team that delivered nice tech.

To my opinion both are good coins to hodl. Both of them are on the top portion of the altcoins. I think it won't make much difference which you are hodling.
I think both coins are better to hold because both of them are good to hold.
Both coins are good for holding. But if you want to hold it for a long term, it is better to hold ETC because it is showing a stable growth.
The majority of the people in the market are going for NEO. ETC is good, but the popularity of NEO is higher than that of ETC.

I don't argue that NEO is great project and it is going to be $500. I just don't think that it is better than Ethereum. NEO has great potential, but so does the Ethereum as well.
ETC and Neo are both good projects. IMO, it is better to invest in both coins. For myself, I invest around 70% in Neo and 30% in ETC.

NEO and ETC are all good altcoin, the decision to invest safely will be halved, profits will fall but you will be safer!
I think both are good cryptocurreny and have great potential.But I prefer to NEO because Neo is a solid cryptocurrency that is Chinas national crypto and is an infastructure crypto,Nevertheless, I think NEO has a tremendous amount of room to grow for the time being.
Both are good cryptocurreny which have a good potential but I would recommend to hold Ethereum over neo because ETH is the second largest cryptocurrency so far and easier to predict its price and also it is already established and has tons of room for growth.

I think they are both good altcoins. But ethereum has a great potential and stable growth. It can make your money profitable. Ethereum is reliable.
Both are better for hold. But for me, it is ETC. As it is reliable and shows a stable growth in the market. Also it is profitable in long term. It is more valuable rather than NEO. But NEO is not also bad. You can hold both for the long term benefit.

If comparing in technology, NEO shows advantage at transaction's time, multiple languages, intergation... But, you're a fan of ETC, don't worried when the founder of Ethereum - Vitalik Buterin - have just revealed in future of the next version of Ethereum technology - Ethereum 2.0 and NEO is nothing with ETH. Let's expect it what of things will happen. 
with ethereum 2.0 being developed, of course, tokens with ETH platforms will be more advanced and more developed. in the last 3 years ethereum prices experienced a significant increase. new industry software developers, innovators and entrepreneurs are building ethereum products. most likely ETC will also experience a positive impact compared to NEO
ETH is better because its more well established.
If I see from the movement of the price. Neo seems more suitable for short-term trading. Or better suited for daily trading. And Neo is a coin that does have potential, and the future. so I chose ETC to Hodl of on Neo.
