I think you can see it on the coinmarketcap list, but for now Bitcoin cash (BCH) because the reason for this is that hard forks most often produce free tokens for those who hold their respective cryptocurrency at the fork - the same as the Bitcoin holder accepts BCH equivalent token when Bitcoin Cash was aired last year.
I see recently ended of the scavo ico.this project is really good & many people's invested on scavo project. so my opinion is "scavo" is the hottest altcoin now.
I have analyzed that approximately 50% of the coins which are recommended in this thread very well grown. I think you can still trust the opinion of people from the forum, but not to forget to think for yourself.
I would say some altcoin that will give 100% profit when market going up. PundiX,XVg,Kin this all good token and coin . XRP also good coin more than million dollor coin already trading in market.
I completely agree that the pundi X coin shows quite good results. Apparently the project is very much in demand in society, but you need not to forget even the stellar, which showed good results already this year. 
In order to choose a really very cool project, I think that you probably just need to go to the coinmarketcap and most likely it would probably be the right decision, because otherwise it’s probably better to analyze the project but not quite fast

I think it's Ripple. Sooner or later, a large world Bank will buy too much Ripple on the exchanges. 
Selecting one out of the more than 5,000 coins is quite tough. But right now, I would say that Cardano is looking as the most promising altcoin. I can give a few more suggestions, such as Bitcoin Cash, NEO, Dash, Zcash, NEM, and Stellar Lumens.
As far as i know right now is dogecoin is the one the got bull in this past few months so i think the hottest coin right now is dogecoin
of course btc is the hotest coin now because now btc is very low levels if you invest in btc you will get excellent profits so invest in btc more.
I would say some altcoin that will give 100% profit when market going up. PundiX,XVg,Kin this all good token and coin . XRP also good coin more than million dollor coin already trading in market.
if we strictly look at from hashrate-increase-rate perspective then its SUQA.

I have 2 altcoins which I think will be very heated at the end of the year. namely ripple and cardano that are ready to compete for the highest price.
I don't see anything for all altcoins because I see Ethereum once at 170 USD and that makes me hesitate to buy it even though the Ethereum price is now around 200 USD.
Maybe you are better when Ethereum returns to 170 USD so I will All In Buy.

Dogecoin perform amazingly for the past 2 weeks. now TRX, ETH getting alot of attention, but the otherway round...

As i read in one article many of the coins have potential. Dash coin and dogecoin are the example of most coin having good and hottest coin for now. There are many altcoins will have those characteristics to be future coin someday.
Hot Altcoint for now in my opinion it remains ethereum, this coint is best among other altcoints, will not lose if you want to invest ethereum, it will benefit one day, if you believe invest in ethereum
There are many altcoins in market like Etherum, Neo, Ripple etc but according to me out of these Etherum is very hottest altcoin because it is a king of all coins. Market is very strong and gives huge profit and provide good potential. People also have full faith on it.
