These coins are worth investing, honestly but, I can never tell which one will be able to compare ETH or even more than that. It is simply because these coins had something more to prove about their potentiality otherwise.

Polygon and Ava are probably what I preferred. I'm considering the fees in which these coins could even provide the most favorable one(small). I'm not really thinking that they can be on the moon someday but what I want to see is that they can be more sustainable than just be hyped and will be gone so quickly.

We need to do in-depth research and analysis to predict which projects could be potential like Ethereum, even then our predictions may not be
accurate. Because it is very difficult to predict what will happen in the crypto world, the highly volatile crypto market often comes as a surprise.
So just do it according to the results of the research and analysis that we each do, If indeed we find potential projects, we can invest in those
projects. Regarding SOL, I agree that SOL is one of the most potential projects to be like Ethereum. So I really recommend investing in SOL.

I’m sure it’s either avalanche or matic. The reason why many people decides to use ETH is because it’s smart contract based blockchain and it was really cheap at that time however now it changed, so many smart contracts platform out there that trying to innovate and becoming the better version of ETH while also offers good scalability.
In the future most of the projects that are NFT and gaming will require good scalability so it won’t struggle in the long term, that’s why scalability is vital and ETH 2.0 seems just doesn’t cut it anymore. Meanwhile, these new smart contract platforms are designed after seeing that ETH struggles a lot when there’s emergence of NFT because how transaction intensive these NFT or gaming coins are and both avalanche and matic is among the fastest growing coin out there, surely it will be either avalanche or matic in the future that have potential like ethereum.

I will not mention polygon as a potential competitor for ethereum caused by that's L2 solution for ethereum blockchain. I don't even think this one will try to compete with ethereum. You must also see that if L2 is working as alternative blockchain for ethereum. Terra and avalanche are the most potential coin to be the next competitor for ethereum after solana which has been going to the moon.
Avalanche has been using almost similar mechanism with EVM. that's also having dual network 1 for its native network and another 1 to be compatible with EVM to give an alternative for peoplt to move to the avalanche ecosystem. i prefer to pick both from the list as the most potential coin to be the next competitor for ethereum.

I will choose and recommend Polygon (MATIC) as a crypto that has good potential even though it is not able to match Ethereum. This year Polygon (MATIC) will be a different coin from other cryptos when Bitcoin (BTC) can make a good move. If Bitcoin (BTC) doesn't move, then Polygon (MATIC) and other coins won't increase either.

Most people believe that Terra and Polygon will be the next ethereum and we can see this from December until now, when many top coins dropped sharply, MATIC and Terra were actually green and this is proof that the 2 coins are the most profitable for us to buy and I bought those 2 coins for staking because I aim to hold long term.

None, the fact that ethereum is the second most popular and important coin in the market just behind bitcoin required very specific circumstances, even if a coin that has better technology were to appear those circumstances will no longer be in place, this means that ethereum will simply be always be ahead of those coins and they will never reach their full potential and displace ethereum from its current spot in the market, however out of the four I like Polygon the best if what you are interested is on the profits alone.

Looking at the current market development polygon is one coin that has the potential like ethereum today, because currently the team managing the project is building a polygon network to make it easier to use and transaction costs cheaper, then in the future I believe polygons can definitely reach a new ATH and the price increase will definitely happen faster because it is very influential from the community that is being built at this time, But for TERRA and LONGSOR coins we should also consider.

Polygon doesn't have the potential of ETH just because it is literally built as a L2 of ETH.

However, I do see that AVAX has potential and LUNA definitely has potential as well.

AVAX is scalable and decentralized, while LUNA has great tokenomics with UST seeing a ton of adoption right now. I personally don't think that either of them will necessarily overtake ETH as the #1 altcoin though unless something goes drastically wrong with ETH.

You list most of the top tier blockchain project but you forgot Solana and BSC while listed an unknown blockchain project like Moonriver? There's a lot of competitive developing blockchain project that focus on web 3.0 development which I believe the next trend for crypto and probably blockchain that focus there will gonna be an Ethereum like growth

I think Polygon has the most chance of being the next Ethereum, a very fast and powerful network making a lot of devs. who switched to Polygon and I'm sure in a year I'll be in the top 5 rankings and have a tough competition with BSC.

I mean i like avalanche in general, though i don't like their shady marketing. But it's not an "Eth killer". None of the projects are. Eth is just too far ahead of most projects. And eth 2.0 is probably render most "eth killers" irrelevant and they will eventually die. But competition is always good and we learn from our mistakes. When there are more people making mistakes, we learn even more.

Only Polygon and Avalanche is what I think has the Ethereum-like potential in this list unless you've included Solana from here as well. Had to argue but what is Moonriver doing in this list? Haven't heard that token/coin before maybe you've just created the thread for the sake of shilling the project? I could be wrong but I'd give you the benefit of the doubt.

Honestly none of them are "ethereum-like", they are all by their own things. I do not like to compare these things, they are good all their own without needing to have anything extra to pick them up. Sure it is something that I would love to see them do, ETH was something very low in price and now it broke 4k+ wall at its height so why wouldn't I want to be there.

However, crypto is much more fast paced these days, what you need to achieve bitcoin did in 2-3 first years takes about a week these days, what it did for 5 years takes about a month at most. ETH was a bit faster than BTC but still new ones are much faster. The marketcaps that they are reaching these days are beyond what we thought was possible 10 years ago for bitcoin. So all in all I believe that new things will have a much better future, if they are this good at this early periods then imagine how great they will be in the long run.

The terra ecosystem is growing so fast, it can enters into the top 10 CMC so fast.

Polygon must become the best pick after terra even this is second layer solution for ethereum but it has the same potential to be the same like bsc but the only problem is if that lack of demand.

I can't deny that the ecosystem of owned by terra, avax and sol even bigger than poly.
