OP, in my opinion it is better that you do your own research about good casinos and besides that, you should also trust your on experience on casinos.
In this business there are a lot of bloggers and review webpages that can be biased for some reason, the usual is some kind of promotion.

You can keep a little money on one side specifically intended for you to try casinos that catch your attention, so you can take your own notes on them.

In the meantime, since you already have mentioned Stake, it would be ideal if you stuck to it while you experiment and find some other casino what satisfies your needs. It is better to go safe than sorry, anyways.

I used to only trust the larger, well-known sites that others recommended. I had little faith in smaller, lesser-known sites because they may not provide satisfactory service or could potentially scam customers. However, since joining this forum, I have discovered new casinos that have started off well and have the potential to become more prominent. As long as these new casinos remain active on this forum, I have found that many of them are trustworthy.

based from the OP's profile, he registered on this forum last dec 2022, so just only few months here. hence, he maybe is not yet familiar with all the reputable sites that he can find in this board. but lurking around this board alone will give him a lot of info about these casinos. he can start reading the trust summary or their thread itself. there are so many valuable feedbacks that he can extract from those posts, and most can't be read from outside sources. as he goes thru his journey here, i am more then positive that he will understand which casinos are the go-to of most forum gamblers.

The reason I assume is because there are review sites giving review about a certain gambling sites where some of them give biased review or you can say paid to do so. In gambling sites that you can trust are already provided in previous posts.

I would say to not trust anyone on the internet.  Always verify the information and double check them.  Don't fall to force advertisement especially created by bloggers and influencers since they are somehow biased because they are paid by the company their are promoting.  It is more convenient to trust reviews by reputable gambling review sites.

In creating another account on another site, no one is preventing you to create accounts on different gambling sites.  It is your freedom and right of decision so feel free to join cryptocurrency gambling platform as many as you wanted.

You can try and play on the casino platform that is proven to be reputable by this forum users.  If you ask me what gambling site I am trusting then I can say the casino that is on my signature, Livecasino.io, you can also try Rollbit, Stake, Duelbits Roobet and Fortunejack, Bitcasino.  They are gambling platforms that had been in the industry for years and I don't have any issue with them.

I would expect to read from someone who claims to be a perfectionist things like, I have seen that in this forum there is a trust and there are users who have signatures, so I can determine that the trustworthy casinos in this forum or the most trustworthy are: "x ".

I could also see that there are users with signatures supporting casinos that in this forum are classified as unreliable.

Then, you should also note that; there is one that has  signature campaign, 1bx.. I'm not even going to write it well, but if you sees a trust under a user and it appears in red, stay away from that casino and the user in question.
