Russia is not the enemy. The real enemy is the Islamic terror. Also, there are more chances of a confrontation between America and China, than there is for one between the United States and Russia.

What you are not realizing is that WW3 if it were to happen, would be a technological war. War fronts started to disappear in WWII and now they are almost nonexistent. It will have multiple fronts and the union that has the best technology will destroy the other.

I will also say the idea that there will be no victor is probably true. Even if someone comes out on top there will be rebuilding for decades after for everyone. You don't have to march into a territory to destroy it anymore. Miniature nukes and waves of drones will spell bloodshed for everyone. Electronic blackouts will kill many. It will not be pretty and I pray it will never happen, but humans are inherently stupid and forget, given time.

I will say one or two places will achieve a much better status if it did happen. Africa and South America would see a rise no one has ever seen. They are building the newest cities and infrastructures that will go well beyond the 21st century and there are many African nations that are already pegged to be top economies in this century, along with Brazil. Given a war that would once again distract Asia and the west, those continents would have much more freedom to rise. Just read up on the untapped resources in Africa and you will understand why china is pouring money and resources into it.

I doubt that Trump is smart but then nothing depends on him. As soon as he said he would not support Japan, the Russian went there now with China too. Russia always acts against America. Russia is the enemy.

PROFIT will win.

The people who has the most money and power would win. Every time history repeats it self by different magnitude.

Poor always die and rich get richer. War has great profits thats all it is.

What if  WW3 is happening now? What if ww3 is just a decades after decades of planed conflicts and wars around the world to make money and support profits of world wide military industrial complex.

Wars and conflicts are strategically planed events. Nothing happens just to happen. There are a lot of very smart people working in WAR industry. THey do strategic planing decades ahead. IF something happens now that is just a start of long planed events.

Russia and china needs the world more then the reverse.

See falling oil price and sinking economies. Russia and china are getting hit the hardest if such things happen. Long before the war ends russia and chinas economy will already have collapsed.

See the UdSSR as the prime example.

If there is a World War 3, with the US/EU fighting against Russia/China, then I think the latter will win. The US/EU has the technology, but they don't have the manpower. On the other hand, Russia has the technology and China has the manpower. A Russia-China combination would be lethal.

If Trump is intelligent, he must prevent Russia and China from getting in to an alliance.

According to me if there would be a World War III would be the United States and Europe which would take away her because even if Russia and China have more resources the United States is Europe are more powerful and more advanced than them.

so many possibilities on this world's biggest nightmare, has led to a new hot topic. who will win?, the one who has sharpest technology. but uh i dont want to continue guessing a possibility from wwIII. You think there is no a power to stop those possibilities of world war 3, beside the neutral nations. is even United Nations able to stop it, hey guess what, biggest hand of UN is US, and y'know US is one of those possibilities.

Nope. During the past two world wars, there were both winners and losers (unfortunately, Germany had the misfortune of ending up in the losing side every time). This time also, it will be the same.

I don't think there is going to be a WW3 to begin with because the weapons we have right now are simply too powerful, if a faction was losing then there will be nothing stopping them to use weapons of mass destruction in an unrestricted way.

In my opinion everyone loses no winner for WW3.

LOL I think its nonesense if we talk about all this agent of kermlin and the likes. Most likely putin supported trump because he's not the conventional type of american politician because basically he has no experience in politics. Putin can start fresh talks with him. And i think with the trump win we might just have averted WW3. It's really scary as these nations are almost at par with each other,with the us i think having a very small advantage, when it comes to armaments and nuke availability. But it could really go either way and most of us could go down in crap in a nuke holocaust

Putin has supported Trump not only because he is stupid. I think Trump is generally a secret agent of the Kremlin. He has not yet become President, and said that for him, China is the enemy. For Russia it is a gift. Now Putin has a chance to join forces with China against the United States.

Modernization in terms of weapons really matters in winning the war. It gives a huge advantage to deffend their territory, yet strategy is more important. Also, there is no winner in war since both of the countires involved in it are taking its risk.
