I think WW3 will be won by some little islands in the middle of the Pacifi Ocean which will be spared from the nuclear holocoust. And perhaps by the penguins living in the south of Patagonia.
The whole earth will not be able to survive when the next world war happens, I am sure that a lot of Africans countries are not going to join sides but it will not be helpful when nuclear weaponry is used because the fallout will be global.

And these dictators will side with whomever offering the biggest paycheck. Although they are not technologically advanced, the African nations (such as Nigeria) possess a lot of manpower, which can be used as cannon fodder during the world war 3.

No one can win that war but many innocent will die. We are the inbocent who will die if that ww111 will burst. Let's pray for peace and love.
I think no faction will win World War III if it happens. Almost 80% human population may die in it. Actually, some countries not involved in World War III may emerge as new Superpowers.
For me is , no one will win , nobody win. War is like a gamble , no winner , as a human though we're like brothers and sisters . What are we fighting for , to rule the world? , have powers and so all. Pride , ego and powers , they make boundaries to our world , My mom said to me that ourself is our own enemy. Tough to say but it would pretty much be the majority of Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, South Korea, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey Vs Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, plus a few ex soviet nations. Japan, Brazil and other big nations might not join. Overall, the USA and the allies will probably take control of most of North America, South America, Europe, Africa but the Russians and their allies will control the majority of Asia. And if Nuclear Weapons war not used then the war could possible last decades and no clear winner might be seen at this moment but I think the USA and the allies would eventually come out on top due to the NATO alliance.

I would have to agree with you. Russia has been beefing up and doing it without much noise. Putin is a cheeky bastard who knows what he's doing. Hell he's even rigged the last election to his advantage. Though in case of an all out war, without the us holding back, i think all of us will feel the negative effects wherever we are.
If you look at the technological progress achieved by both the armies during the past 10 years, then it can be seen that it was Russia which made the maximum advance. But during the same time, the defense sector in the US has stagnated.

I think Nato would crush Russia - the USA doesn't have the # of enemies Russia does. I mean surely a lot of people hate America but not that many countries/leaders hate America. They're too entrenched economically for countries to hate on em! And look at the sanctions the USA is putting on Russia. These are crippling their economy while Russia is barely retaliating with sanctions of their own because they know they would only hurt themselves if they did.
I think USA still holds the upper hand since we do not have any real land connected enemies whereas Russia has all of Europe and much of Asia connected directly to it. Canada and Mexico aren't fighting the U.S. for many many many more years even with all this silly Mexican border wall talk from Presidente Trumpo.

During the second world war, little Germany, has created problems for many countries. Such a monster as the USSR would not survive the confrontation with Germany if not for the help of England and America. Now the Russians are trying not to think about it.
I think the best solutions for human race is avoiding WW3,but for small conutry best way is to stay neutral such as Spain or Sweden in WW2,but if planet go to war i think the best chance for victory have Russia,China or India,this country have hugh manpower 4,5 bilions,more resurse oil gold and one historical adventage for Russia is her winter
