Probably people are concerned that for a very long time altcoins are trying to raise their price but they do not succeed. I think it's because people are disappointed in altcoins. Ask anyone and he will tell you that the best coin for investment is bitcoin. If you look at the market, bitcoin is the most stable coin that has experienced a lot of problems. But still it remains the leader among all cryptocurrencies.

As long as this investor is wrong in determining the IEO project, I think it will always complain. I agree with your opinion that they get a fake project. And to avoid false projects is better looking for IEO projects listed on the main exchanges. A large exchange will certainly not easily accept all IEO projects. And a project with good quality that can enter a large exchange.
Investors complain all the time unless they're making profit. If they are making x100 or x10 even,,, they will not be crying if withdrawals are slow, if projects have no progress and no app and fall behind roadmap. They do not care. The project can even be a scam like Bitconnect and investors will not complain if all withdrawals are honored! This is the nature of crypto.
The complains continues, I thought that the invention of IEO was going to put a stop to the alarming rate of scam that took over the cryptocurrency industry, but it is sad to know that even IEO is currently being abused also as we have seen so many projects that has been registered and also produced products without real use case, and it is also getting bad that the exchanges are the ones even scamming both the investors and even the project developers themselves by receiving money on their behalf and not paying them, and if this continues, this will first of all discourage developers themselves from approaching IEO platform, while all investors generally will also start to abstain from the IEO platform also.

I think that simply IEO is not a 100% tool. And if you have already decided to invest today, then it is better to choose exchanges with a high rating in order to reduce risks and increase the chances of making big profits.

ieo is very popular now , especially on some exchanges like balance this exchange has many supporters and very often after ieo coins give a good percentage .IEO seem to be much more reliable than ICO projects. Binance, for instance, has attracted a bunch of new investors, which do not yet complain. Not to regret, it is advisable to be more attentive and cautious before you invest your money in some project. Do not deal with those ones, which promise unreally great incomes.
In the case with IEO, profits might be not as huge as with some earlier successful ICOs.
Not only investors who complain even bounty participants can also complain if the tokens obtained from the bounty project experienced falling prices, other than those investors who deserve to complain because they invest a lots of funds in an ico or ieo, I think that is something that is reasonable.
Investor will complaining only if they lost their investments which is natural that is why i wonder of your post that they are still complaining inspite of earning in some successful IEO. Maybe they are not contented with their earnings or maybe they are complaining because they have missed the chance to join some successful projects too which trully will make you to be upset.
I think investors still complaining due to the project that is misguided or the project isn't going by its target plan. Sometimes a good project to invest goes along with its problems and cannot recover immediately into it then suddenly a bunch of complains would be coming right away by this.
IEO projects are being released more and more, but few projects achieve profits, most of the IEO projects fall into losses so it reduces investor confidence. In my opinion, we should only participate in IEO projects on major exchanges, should not participate in IEO projects on small exchanges and have low trading volumes.
Like you said absence of research, that entirely one of the biggest reasons why they keep making mistakes. From what I have seen, IEOs in major exchanges were successful and those who participated made good returns. Another thing is, these IEOs were good projects or maybe a greater number were good projects. So any investor saying he lost money well, could be he participated in some of IEOs in other exchanges that has no good track record.
it's true that some IEOs are successful with their projects, even when you join their communities in the telegram, of course, it's full of praise, whether it's from the investors or bounty hunters. When the project is successful and has a high price, there will be no investors complaining about it.however, please note that not all IEO are successful. I know some IEO that have prices below their IEO, and have a small volume. most likely, investors complain about it. yeah, this is not a good thing. basically, it's all back to research, and our opinion of a project, so when you invest, you're ready with all the risks.

This will definitely lead to more scams and I think ICO scams are started rolling out in the names of IEO but the really unfortunate thing here is, this time those scammers are in action with the help of exchanges. Really bad for entire crypto industry 
.One thing that could work in favor of the IEOs is that almost all the exchanges have enabled KYC now and therefore we'll be having a fair idea about who is behind a particular IEO and where the money flows. In case of any irregularity, this makes the job easier for filing a lawsuit. But unfortunately that doesn't guarantee that IEOs will be scam free. Looking at the current trends, what happened to the ICOs will repeat with IEOs.
I don't understand how the IEOs can be listed in Korean exchanges such as Cobak. If I am not wrong, back in 2017 the Korean government had implemented a blanket ban on the ICOs. Now the IEOs and not much different from the ICOs, and they should come under the ambit of this ban. Or is there anything that I had missed?

Can you please mention those IEO that you participated and are successful at the end and how did you get to know they will be successful before you select that in your portfolio. Investors are complaining just because they have loss money they invest in a project that has return there capital let alone profit from the investment capital.
Last night I had a conversation with some of my friends. They are traders and also investors of some coins. They say that the market still suffers, and that makes them are difficult to trade and make a profit. They already invest in some coins, and they say that it is not good to them too because almost all of the coin doesn't increase and that makes them have a bad feeling about the market. But I still convince them not to feel like that because everything will change, the market will grow like before, and they can be back to make a big profit. I think that situations will be the same as the other investor because they feel the same as my friends. But believe me, the investor will have their time to make another profit from cryptocurrency.
Many traders have the same feeling, the market has stopped growing and now it is moving in a tight range, now while I agree with you prediction when it comes to the long term of this market, I am not sure I agree with your prediction in the short term, the volume is going down and the volatility is doing the same as well and to me it seems very difficult we can sustain a price above 10k with such a low demand, but this does not mean the price will crash again to a price below 4k, in my opinion the lowest price bitcoin could reach will be 6k with a price between 7k and 8k being way more likely.

For example, vindax is an exchange that gets a lot of IEO listing weekly but the truth is that those projects don't ever run successfully due to the fact that vindax lied about the numbers of users trading on their exchange, thereby making the purchase of the coin useless since one might not gain anything in return when the coin is being listed for trade on the exchange. Aside this, I don't see any other reason why investors would have complains about IEO.

User tetrisdancyo had listed 239 IEOs which are ongoing right now. How many of them will be successful? The sheer numbers scares me. If you remember, the ICOs had the same problem. The quality was good when there were a few of them. But when hundreds of them were listed at the same time, the vast majority failed to achieve soft-cap.
Just take a look at the spreadsheet. Probit having 21 ongoing IEOs. Coineal having 22 and LATOKEN with 27. Do you really think that they had properly screened all these projects to avoid the scams? Even lesser known exchanges such as Cobak and P2PB2B have 17 ongoing IEOs each.
Complains from investors is persistent unless they make profit. Although, it is sometimes difficult to identify fake or unworthy projects on the market, most investors do not take time to study the project in order to know its authenticity and capabilities of rising, hence end up throwing their funds to scam projects. This is one of the major problems from investors.
