Although not all of them, women are not sensitive to investment models that are too complicated, their comfort is too standard on what can be used / spent directly.

I don't really understand, but many of my friends think that Bitcoin is very difficult, most of them give up when they see their assets go down dramatically like the current condition of bitcoin even though I have explained in detail, what they think is just loss and surrender.

I am not sure why. Maybe we just don't know about it. I say some stats saying 30% or something of holders are female. For me the hobbies and subculture I am in most people are female so I am use to being outnumbered.
Wargaming is mostly male I don't know why. Bitcoin also is male but hoenstly I don't know that many people who know about bitcoin besides that it is digital gets mined and is a cryptocurrency.
I did work with a Lady last year for the year so there are females around. The thing is she gave up on her dreams and even took her websites down. I won't give up so easily.

I think the most of women don't want to bother themselves with new technology like blockchain and cryptocurrencies, what they want only is money wherever it's bitcoin or real money or anything valuable. I don't think that they'll care to invest on bitcoin to be honest. Probably they'll gonna work for it, but investing in it is quite hard for them. I'm probably wrong, but that's what I'm thinking.

I don't want to sound misogynistic, but most women don't care about money that much. Also in programming/cryptography the men outweigh the women. At the present moment, to be sincere, it is quite impractical to start using bitcoin instead of cash and you make your life harder because there are not many stores accepting it.
From where i am coming from Women is in the forefront when it comes to programming but cryptography not too much as they are much job oriented and if bitcoin is implemented by the high tech companies then you will see major adoption if not it will be hard to convince the regular hard working population.
It is hard to know the actual women in the crypto market but i assume men overpower that sector.

Bitcoin is certainly a good store-of-value and potentially amazing future investment, but how many women are passionate about investments and putting money aside to create wealth?  Roll Eyes

Before offering your friends either girl or boy, ask them if they're interested or they really have the urge to learn bitcoin.  The mistakes we do here is we just tell people what to do without consulting if they really want it. And maybe because they just forgot about it is because their not really interested in the first place.

On the second side, women are more practical and more afraid of giving so much risk. They love to play safe which is not easy here. Because investing in bitcoin is already a risk

It amazes me the number of men in crypto but women not so much.
When I talk to my girlfriend or female friends I feel like they don't care about it or I am crazy lol. I offered 3 of my female friends 10 dollars worth of Bitcoin via Coinbase to see if they will be interested.  I helped download the app, set up two-factor authentication and some other basic stuff. After a couple of months, they even don't recall how to access their wallets. I am very disappointed lol. Can someone explain to me why women are not interested in crypto?

It is really strange to read something like that. I think it depends not on the gender but on the person. There are lots of my friends and they are really not interested in crypto, despite all that we talk with them about and all my tries to show them the perspectivness of the crypto....and they are males... And on the contrary I personally know lots of women that are not only interested but really are in crypto world for a long period of time. It seems to me that you are searching for women that are interested in crypto not in that places ....)))))

Because basically almost all women just like shopping and never want to know where the money is from, but there are some women who like investing.
It also depends on the environment, it is the environment that influences them to choose what they like. Some women who work in banking almost all have investments.

Woman do invest in forex and equity, they are less in crytp because crypto investment also need well awareness on the technology. Generally woman are lesser in number in technologies, may be that's y we dont see much in crypto.
The crypto industry is not widely known by women and if there are women who know it, I'm sure they can be more careful in investing or trading. because most of the women if they learn it, then he can be far greater.

I think it's because some of them are not into bitcoin because of some news that they heard like it was being used in illegal activities like deceiving people and it makes them afraid to try it, it is actually difficult to gain the trust from women particularly these days because they tend to believe on every thing that they have heard or read. Also, it depends on their own perspective because  we have different levels of perception it's possible that for some women bitcoin is an opportunity and some think that it is just a waste of their time but it is not enough reason to underestimate their capabilities because women also got a power. These days, you can clearly see women working on different fields meaning they can also do what men can do. Aside from that women are not actually interested into these kind of things we don't even know if some of them knows what bitcoin is, I think it was kinda hard for them to understand every single things about bitcoin because it's indeed a bit complicated but I know that as time passes by women will become more aware of bitcoin.

Can someone explain to me why women are not interested in crypto?

Women tend to like simple and straightforward things, when you tell a woman about bitcoin and she buys bitcoin for $ 10,000 and the next day the bitcoin price drops a lot so she will give up bitcoin. Women care a lot about money, and they like to spend money on women's things ... if someone gave them a bitcoin debit card with a very large balance surely they would use to buy a lot of things. But they wouldn't be holding

I get hurt because of some comments saying that girls are after instant and big money, I am a girl and i will avoid getting sensitive over this coz in a way it is true. It is quite the impression mostly leaves to people. Gosh, I want to change this! Girls come to crypto I will help you realize you can produce on your own just as much as men do.

I beg to disagree, I feel your statistic is wrong because you don't check well.
Truth is most members in this place are mostly women but you won't know. Some pose as men so as to blend in without be given different treatment or preferences.

They don't care because you have given them a small amount but see to it if you'll be giving them hundreds to thousands of dollars worth of bitcoin, they will remember it and probably cash it immediately.
That's a fair point, though it's pretty much applicable to anyone who's not currently into bitcoin, regardless of their gender.

I have no idea why there aren't as many women as men in the crypto world, but I know it's true.  My best guess is that it's the same reason why there are more men who study science in college and who end up working in the tech field afterward--and I don't know what that reason is.  Women and men are just as smart as each other as far as I know, but women just have never been as interested in math and science as men, and for a long, long time it wasn't even socially acceptable for them to become doctors, engineers, or scientists.  That's all changed now, but I don't think the interest has caught up yet.

Recently I met two women who at least know what bitcoin is and that it's a cryptocurrency.  They didn't own any, but at least they knew what bitcoin is and that's something at least.  Anyway, if bitcoin ever does achieve mass adoption I'm sure more women will become involved.  That will be a good thing IMO.

I do not know what the most reason is, hmmp wait I will ask my wife.

She said, Bitcoin is difficult to understand, and it is losing patience.

Well, maybe it is, because women are immediately expressing their resentment toward their husbands especially when they are running out of patience.

In my opinion, women like risk-free income, such as their income from their job and I think they are much happy whatever they earn.

Investment is a risky game and it fits well with most of the men, there are maybe very few women who like to play risky games. And another reason could be that men always are unsatisfied with their income, they just want more & more whereas women can be satisfied with their one-way income, no matter its more or less.

Most women are not interested in investing and they are very good at saving money. The $ 10 bitcoin in coinbase wallets is a small amount of money and they have nothing to do with it. Too few places accept bitcoin to spend that money. In terms of knowledge of cryptocurrencies and technology, they are also inferior to men. As is the case today, many women own smartphones but most of them only listen to music, go to Facebook and take photos. They are more conservative and less curious than our men, so it's no surprise they don't care about cryptocurrencies. If Coinbase is an interesting app like facebook or instagram, they might remember that they have $ 10.

Crypto is not a wise investment to make due to the fluctuating price. Can't expect a person to wait for years to get back his investment when he has better options like stock markets and forex to invest him that can yield him instant profits. Also, bitcoin taxes are much higher and complicated than stock markets.
