Some women might be too busy doing household chore.
That cracked me up hard.  Cheesy

I don't think there are many household women that are interested in anything but what's playing out at home. From there I think it's better to ignore that group women and focus on the more ambitious group of women.

I have some ambitious women in the family myself and they are only focused on completing whatever they study for, and then get the job they want. As far as I know, none of these women are into trading or other financial market stuff.

It amazes me the number of men in crypto but women not so much.
When I talk to my girlfriend or female friends I feel like they don't care about it or I am crazy lol. I offered 3 of my female friends 10 dollars worth of Bitcoin via Coinbase to see if they will be interested.  I helped download the app, set up two-factor authentication and some other basic stuff. After a couple of months, they even don't recall how to access their wallets. I am very disappointed lol. Can someone explain to me why women are not interested in crypto?

The average woman is a socialite by nature. In other words, women as a collective are followers not leaders. Passive, by nature and not aggressive. Women are affected by the thoughts and feelings of others, especially celebrity women influencers on social media. So unless other women are preaching about Blockchain technology and Bitcoin on social media or there other socialite platforms, they won't adopt it for sure. Unless other women on the news or other media platforms aren't mentioning it, women won't really care for it.
There are a few exceptions, but the average women is directly influenced by others within society, they seldomly make their own major moves or decisions in life unless others they know within the social circle do it first. If the other women on social media and within their social circles start promoting Bitcoin, they will join in easily and right away so they won't be the last ones on the train who are left behind within the circle.

In my opinion why more men are attracted to bitcoin than women, because women are instinctively don't like technology-related things.
Women are more interested in fashion, beauty and celebrity gossip. So it's natural to me, I think if the number of women in the crypto
world is smaller, this is not a big problem to be debated. But it must be known that women are more greedy than men, so more women
are looking for male partners rich compared to men looking for a rich female life partner. From the analogy above, it can be concluded to
attract women's interests in the crypto world, show them that crypto can make hundreds of dollars in profit. Don't just give 10 dollars
and hope they are interested in the crypto world, try to give around $ 500- $ 1000 surely women will immediately be interested in crypto.

its because thier mindset of female are different  . female will care on girly stuffs like social media  , watching love stories or reading books , etc but they are less likely interested on technical stuff's like cryptos   . one reason they forget thier wallet is maybe because they busy doing other stuff's which they think more worth it to do  . not just on crypto but also on other business and other stuff as well . man or male's are the common gender that we see excell .

We don’t know the exact numbers of women buying bitcoin and we can’t measure that because of the anonymity in the market. I have my girl friends who are buying bitcoin and in fact they are more greedy compare to my boy friends. Maybe, some women don’t want to take much risk and that’s why they don’t buy bitcoin instead they look for other investments.
Well gender has become the basis of the workplace. Not degrading women but common let us face the reality, the nature of man is to invent what he wants to easily live his life while women are for the support.
Man is always associated with computers no matter what it took to build it, Man has always the credit like for example ENIAC, the visionary work from women who programmed the computer is unrecognized up til now.
And female being under with males is a culture that we should break in order to grow different "manly" fields.

It is true that the majority of people involved in cryptocurrency are men. It might be because the majority of women has different priority and most women are not really into technology. Not to mention cryptocurrency itself is really complex and most women are busy doing house hold chores. I only knowa few women who are involved in crypto and have seen some who are part of other projects as an admin or dev team.

I think it's not just a matter of money for women but comfort when shopping ,have you ever offered a product with a crypto payment method? the problem of money for women is so observant that they will be interested if the fees in crypto are very cheap ,you better introduce the benefits of crypto to them I'm sure the enthusiasm will be higher than men

I don't think it's not all about the gender. There are guys who do the same. I also introduced crypto to someone I know before but he didn't put much effort. In my opinion, it still depends on everyone if they're really interested or not. It just happened that more guys find it more interesting unlike women. Guys are more business minded and are into these kind of stuffs. Noticed why most company owners are guys.
Some women might be too busy doing household chore. But I do know women that are into trading. Actually in our local section you'll see that they are many. Crypto is not for men only. It really needs time to grasp and understand and some women take it as their career now.

We must admit that all people need much time to learn about cryptos.
Women are just those who are less influenced.

I know some women who are into Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.  Some of them are even assisting in managing some of the bounty campaign here in the forum, others on Telegram and other social media portals.  Though I admit that there are more men who are involved on this Industry.  Though some article stated that there are Nearly 13 Million US Women Hold Cryptocurrency, Study Claims. that is on US alone what more if we include the other nation.

Well, this is a fundamental problem with not only the cryptocurrency industry but with everyone all around the globe. The involvement of females all over the world in regulated industries like finance is pretty much nill. Still, we can keep trying to engage them and educate them, treat them equally which motivates them to get involved.

How do you differentiate if it's a women or man who are active in this forum? What you have mentioned might be an isolated incident but I strongly believe that there are good about of female force in this forum and crypto domain in general. If you have a look at ICOs and new projects you will not find any project without a women in the management team.

the answer is very simple because on average they (women) think investing in cryptocurrency is a man's job and they only take care of the kitchen and their appearance!!   I say this because this is my personal experience.  the woman in our house (my wife) never wanted me to teach her how to invest and get cryptocurrency.. she always says "it's your business, I don't want to bother and the kitchen is my business"  Cheesy

for crypto users more dominated by men, but I have several female friends who invest in crypto. and others are still in the stage of finding knowledge about crypto with me. to introduce crypto to women will certainly be more difficult because they are more careful about money matters, therefore you must explain in detail with them

We couldn't just force others what we want we all have different opinion.
And it is the only reason that I see if a person doesn't like something they would just forget about it easily,
You've said it before it was your friends just put it this way if they told you something girls really like something like a brand of make up or cosmetics would you remember it after a month?

Women uses technology if it's secure, easy and massive, this happens before with credit cards. they are a lot more rational about new things, and if it looks difficult, illegal or unstable they don't engage with it. further Bitcoin is still difficult for the average of population and it is an enthusiast project at the moment, pretty much every single technical enthusiast field in existence is male dominated. but if Bitcoin want to go mainstream, women need to adopt it, and we should find a solution for aforementioned issues.

Probably they don't want to reveal themselves as a woman on the net or the knowledge they have in bitcoins. The situation you are pertaining with is that woman(not in general but mostly) are not full time on computer compared to men who were having long interactions with it ranging from games, searches, etc.

I don't want to become a gender biased here but to consider, men are most risk taker in comparison to females. In this case, females are more concerned on business that earns consistent or the business where the risk isn't too high. Men are spending their money because they are willing to take the risk in investment. They know their limitations as well but it doesn't limit womens to utilize cryptocurrency in applying it to their business. They can sell merchandises, clothes and items through cryptocurrency. But making them put up their own money to risk would not make them feel comfortable about it.
