in my opinion because People are lazy and risk averse. They don't want to invest in bitcoin, neither mentally nor financially, but also don't want to miss an opportunity. This creates an uncomfortable cognitive dissonance, which is quickly resolved by convincing oneself by various means, that bitcoin can't possibly succeed and is a waste of time and money.

They don’t know about cryptocurrency and people don’t trust the internet so they think that bitcoin is a scam and a waste of money.

A very simple, price is going up to the moon, and it's harder and harder to get into the train, so you're starting to hate it, to criticize...and expecting that price will fall down

I'm sure if people know about the real bitcoin, then they will love bitcoin. most of them only get misinformation such as government banned bitcoin so they think bitcoin is illegal.

well there are so many reason why there's a lot of people are against in bitcoin and I am honestly one of them before.. because there's a lot of online scam out there that always gonna use the innocence minding of us  to corrupt it, made us believe that their going to help us make money in ways that everyone dream of. but at the end of the day. they just gonna stole our money and run away.. we all know, but I am not saying that bitcoin is one of this online scam.( well obviously I am one of the bitcoiner now)..its just that some of people who started good in bitcoin end up in worst situation.  and most of them are investing a lot of their money that they made from bitcoin.. in just one blink of an eye everything was gone.  so you can not blame them why they are against in bitcoin.

I think many people are against bitcoin because they think that bitcoin is scam that's is why they are scared to invest in it and they don't have the thoughts about bitcoin, but for us who are using bitcoin it was a big help because in bitcoin we get what we want we can buy what we want and we already have the knowledge that many people don't have in terms of bitcoin that's why we are happy because we know that bitcoin is not scam and it is big help for us who knows already the bitcoin.

They just have less information about bitcoin and don't want to know that's why they're against of it.They think it's too good to be true and the risk involve there is too high to taken. Also few years ago there's some issues explaining how bitcoin abused as the best currency for criminal That's just make things getting worse.

I do not understand people who are opposed to Birkin because it is the future, they probably do not like those who have just met bitcoin and it is wrong for them to be so much the price of bitcoin

 If people are against bitcoin I think that it is difficult for them to understand or they are not getting the ideas how  bitcoin work without a central governing body, since it is a decentralized digital currency. People are not familiar with this currency due to the lack of knowledge or  more studies and homework have to be done about the computer network and till recently people were aware of only physical currency and it will be difficult for them to understand what cryptocurrency is ,so many people may be against bitcoin.

It's hard to convince and invite the stubborn kind of people. They keep insisting on the risk and money loss in terms of bitcoin, but they don't even look on the good side, where the risk is the one who made many millionaires on bitcoin. In addition, bitcoin helped already many peoples around the world. I guess stubborn and ignorance should not be combined in knowing bitcoin.

In security? Being careless is your danger. Bitcoin has it's own code, and there is a verification in your email. In the end, this people will regret there decision, because many people will accept bitcoin as a form of exchange, and bitcoin will appreciate its value in the future.

There are many type of people hating bitcoin. One of them is the people who didn't buy bitcoin in the cheaptest days and blaming it at the moment. The other one is saying bitcoin was a total fraud and scam.

So many people are against Bitcoin because they don't believe about the fact of bitcoin to trust. We know that insecurity is the cause of hatred and that's how I see them people who hate bitcoin. But, for now I believe bitcoin is widely accepted by more and more people.

I believed that they are not completely against bitcoin because they just don't like bitcoin because of its risk and also the volatility because there is a high chance that bitcoin might just lead to a huge price dump which will result for a huge loss for them also so they prefer to stay away from bitcoin but overall they are not against bitcoin they just don't like it.

Am gonna stick to your first response, people are scared by innovation. We find it difficult to shake up the status quo so when there is a sudden change that  looks like it is turning the tables then there is trouble. Yesterday BTC passed the $9000 mark and it was all over the media, the question the big invester in fiat will be asking, are we going to the same people making the worlds decision or is it going to fall into the masses hands.

I'd safely say the vast majority of people who came into crypto in the last couple years have no interest or knowledge or participation in a digital currency.. nor do they know what that term even means.
To them the notion is "crowd funding", schemes, cryptoz as though it means "coin".
Anything and everything except.. the usage of a digital currency.

It's a new age digital "token" gold rush.
No one is appreciating WHY we are panhandling for gold or using the gold.

I'd safely bet if any and all traces of the Altcoin bullshit vanished the price of Bitcoin would be sub $50.

people are affraid bitcoin which is not be legalized as a good currency, they dont want to believe in thing which is call investments, some governments even banned bitcoin because they think bitcoin is not stable and can't be controlled by laws, making it harder for people put their trust on bitcoin due to it was banned.
