Many are against bitcoin especially the media is because they can't control bitcoin. Bitcoin is the future wether you like it or not. Sooner or later people will embrace bitcoin.
People who are against things like that it is usually out of ignorance and fear. Small minds are also manipulated by media and press.
I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin? is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?
The greatest rival of bitcoin is the central bank, cause they're afraid that they will lose investors . Nowadays people get wiser, instead of investing in banks they choose to invest it in bitcoin. But still, there are some investing in the bank. Next the government, there are some countries afraid that bitcoin will violate and disregard the law, and they are afraid that they can't totally regulate bitcoin because its decentralized and it's non government property , they are afraid because it could posibly use for tax evasion and lead to money laundering and some terrorist attack. And also there are some that really invest big money on bitcoin but still doing fud for main valid reason . To buy the dip to let anyone panic and sell their bitcoin in to low price. There are so many reason why people are against bitcoin.
maybe in my opinion because bitcoin is the virtual currency that uses the blockchain system, and it can be used for crime and besides the bitcoin is still illegal.
Because they are sorry they didn't buy it 2 years ago and didn't become millionaires 
The window of opportunity was much greater than two years,the rally above ten thousand started recently and even if you invested a month back you could have made a huge profit by now.There are many people against bitcoin and those are bankers and traditional investors who think that bitcoin will ruin their business model as people will be investing in bitcoin and the alt coin market.
I think they against because bitcoin the earnings here is not big like the earnings in there country like if your job in real life is a manager in fast food you dont need bitcoin because you earn big by that or your job is not connected in bitcoin.

Yes it is also possible but it is also expected that these people do not know about bitcoin that is why they are against bitcoin. It is expected that these people have heard about a few negative people about bitcoin and because of that they are also against bitcoin but if we will explain everything clear to them and will tell them about the benefits of bitcoin then they will love bitcoin forever. 
There are so many people against bitcoin because they don't any ability how to invest in bitcoin.
Maybe they does not want to spend their time and money to invest in bitcoin, they don't have patience.
Because these people they do not know the value and important of bitcoin in life.

whos that against bitcoin?that SO MANY?i dont think thats the appropriate word to use in this thread maybe there are some but not that many,and better to says WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE NOT INTERESTED in bitcoin..thats because they thing crypto is just another scam and will only make money out of them
most of the information the general public is getting about bitcoin comes from mainstream media who interview pundits and "experts" who coincidentally happen to be representatives of big banks....basically people who have a vested interest in seeing the crypto space fail and spew negativity

Most likely against bitcoin are those people who did not pay him proper attention and did not buy it at a low price or can not buy it in principle.
People are always against anything revolutionary. This system, on larger adoption, will make the rich unhappy as they won't have any control of the system. The bureaucracies will be unhappy because they won't have power over transactions, governments will have no control either.
It seems to me, because they do not fully understand what Bitcoin is, and all its possibilities.
Just banks and rich people are against btc because they dont want to let people to be rich.
The only people who are opposing bitcoin are the rich and greedy bankers, who have an interest on protecting their beloved fiat scams. Other than that i dont see any regular people who are against the currency...well maybe bcash suporters who are already getting ridiculous.

No, people are just scared about bitcoin. i once even asked my brother to help borrow me some money to buy at least 3-4 bitcoins around June - but my mother stopped him. Do you know how i feel about that right now? really bad! only ppls who are against bitcoin are those ppl who are being force now to buy first bitcoin at 20 thousands dollar
ppls like this are offend easy when i say to them how many bitcoin i collect from faucet in 2013 2014 and even some i collect easy in 2015
imagine it that one thousands dollar today is small only 0.05 btc in beginning 2015 0.05 btc only 7 dollar you earn from several faucet very easy i smile because of this one since many people have laugh on ppl who arrive here in this forum and play with faucet now many of us wealthy today for me i say because i think more time about famialy before i consider self
ppls who hate bitcoin for me are not relevant human being they cannot treat me like bad person i think now in 2017 us bitcoin ppls can treat bitcoin hater like low class peoples because this is truth we were correct and they were not
I honestly don’t see how or why this would happen. It’s possible, sure, but I just don’t see bitcoin lovers leaving bitcoin because governments don’t like it. In fact, the opposite is more likely.
Although bitcoin grows and has many benefits, there are many people who against bitcoin. They resist bitcoin because they do not like bitcoin or do not know about the benefits of bitcoin.
I thinkthey don't know proficiently just roughly bitcoin, or they arent practiced to earn bitcoin or they don't know how to earn botcoin online, on the other hand I think it's enormously very bad situation o avoid bitcoin is slope mammal adjoining it.
