@OP, I think the game's not over for dogecoin yet and people are still riding it. But I assure you that once it's all done from the buyers' end and they start short selling, this meme coin won't even be seen in top 25 coins according to marketcap. And taking over BTC? It's a dream for Doge supporters and it'll always be, dogecoin won't touch even half of BTC's total marketcap. Elon is just playing with the minds of peeps and once he starts taking his profits, the scenario will be an inevitable one.

Though we also have Ethereum and there are other new promising cryptocurrencies arising today but can't deny the fact that bitcoin was the most common. And I don't think so that the spreader of negative posts about Bitcoin was from Doge community, or maybe some of them are.

It's not of lately, it's been the same for very long. Some of those who spread negative news just don't understand Bitcoin. Some just don't like Bitcoin. Some hate Bitcoin. And some want to protect their own investments which Bitcoin could be a threat to.

Mostly there are always a lot of negative comments or articles about bitcoin when the price is dumping and a lot of good news, when the price is pumping that, is probably what happened most of the time.
Something like that but actually those articles mostly spread if they want to manipulate the price of bitcoin and they want to make people afraid from the news released, We see this happened last month, also we can see it keep happening so better prepare for correction and accumulate since bull run still not done yet. Many though the dip will continue but we should also look for good articles since it helps a lot with accumulation of the other people who's not afraid with the dump.
