Same as me. My priority is that I need a way to earn money for living. However, after a while, I realize that I involve in this cryptocurrency market not only for money but also for new knowledge. I realize that this will be the future payment of the world. I always enjoy learning new things, especially with the cryptocurrency world, I can both learning and earning at the same time!

crypto is a new kind of investments now, people who know and want to learn more about crypto in the beginning will get what they want
wich mean will get a good profit,, just to remind you at the beginning when bitcoin born, just few people want to buy and keep it for long term in their wallet, and now people who believe bitcoin from the beginning already made huge profit right ?

Cryptocurrency gives you the opportunity to go beyond the usual limitations, rise above them and become a freer person.
Indeed, engaging ourselves in crypto is like exploring other opportunities aside from what we used to.Its not just a typical currency because compared to fiat it can give more than that as an investment and the fact that btc is decentralized makes it more secure.
At first im just using it as investment but now I was able to pay using crypto due to the number of increasing merchants.
Crypto gives me a chance to live a better life in the future. If I support the beautiful idea today, maybe in the future it will bring me some nice profit. Because this is the role of inventors, they study more and work hard to expand the technology and after that huge reward is waiting for them.
i see it as a revolution against tyrant government. A mediator between the rich and the poor. Also as another source of investment. i spend so much time on cryptocurrenies because there is alot to learn from it. investment experience. i consider it a hobby because i met lot of friends. both local and beyond. i learnt alot from them and as well shares ideas among each other.
If nothing stops in crypto way this can really turn to revolution against tyrant governments, one day. For now, we are still a small community, many don't know how to use cryptocurrencies and how to fight back, but with crypto, we have the tool, it's on us how we will use it. I am involved in crypto and blockchain because here I can make money without having to work physically hard. here we can work regularly and not determined by time. we are only required to be able to know a variety of knowledge about running a business through crypto so that we can make money in various ways in accordance with the expertise we have.
and that is also not easy.
if you take the wrong step you can easily lose your money if you choose to invest in it.

the reason most people see blockchain potential is because of business and profit. however, this can be used by anyone who has a business idea. to be honest, at first, I was interested in crypto because of the benefits offered. it's just that, the longer I see crypto, this is more than an profit.

Well, it is the same with most people come to this forum, their main goal is about profits. Anyway, I don't blame it as it is what people look for in this life. However, we must also think about our contribution to support crypto spread in the world. There are many things that we can do, for example telling to people about the advantage of crypto. And tell him that not all bad news related to crypto is true. So, besides earning money, knowledege or experience, we also need to give contribution for crypto. 
I think the primary reason why people involved with crypto is because of money,earnings,financial matter.But once you are already inside crypto world,there are other things you will discover and the learning process will continue especially learning about blockchain technology and all related to it.
All of them which you above mentioned are true, people join this world for earning money and make some easy money. But l don't think that it is so easy as expected. l think people who join here are increasing more nowadays, during the pandemic most job has been closed. That is another why people prefer this world. 
I am involved with crypto because of the power it holds, yes it holds a very great power which many people don't know yet but those who are aware sticks to it like their life depends on it. That's by the way; I trust crypto because I believe that in the near future, the world will understand that crypto is really needed and decentralization is the way to go (although it's already happening) in every platform or Industry. Because if you look at it, immutable nature of blockchain is highly needed so as to curb malicious acts from humans, transparency will also remove the need for manipulation and many more. So just like I said, I am involved with crypto because of the power it holds, and sooner than later the world will come to that understanding.
Well, when I first started out it was because I was curious, isn't that most of us? Some people came in because they wanted to make a lot of money thanks to bitcoin, but even they were curious about it at first and wanted to learn some stuff. I didn't came in at a day when it was something like "make money by buying bitcoin", I have been here since bitcoin was very low and I think it wasn't that important to make a profit back then, it was important that bitcoin was changing some stuff.
So all I can say is, I found it, and I read about it and I hated governments ruling over my finances since I know myself so that is why I joined, I just wanted a bit of sensation on how much I could improve my own life by taking over my own finances without anyone else having power over it.

This really got to me and it's absolutely truth. Many people think crypto us all about money but fact is I have learnt whole lot through crypto expecially technology aspect. I wasn't exposed technologically but with crypto I can do many things online and can understand many apps and terms. This made me mire internate exposed.

certainly the beginning they got to know crypto because the profits were quite high, like I used to be involved in cryto because seeing a friend make lots of money from cryto airdrop and bounty, but for now I also learn blockchain technology not just for profit

I like your sincere reply, most people will pretend they are in for the technology. Some will hold coins and won't take profit even when it pumps hard, then what's the essence of investing in crypto? Yes, the technology aspect is vital, I'm presently learning Solidity and hope to become a blockchain developer and also someday be relevant to fostering the adoption, but my principal aim still is making money.

Certainly everyone in this market is for profit. I am the same, coming to this market for profit but since I entered the market I have lost more. But continue to invest and believe in it
I used to believe that this market would grow in the future, but in the past 2 years it has made me very disappointed and lost a lot with it. Now I invest only for profit, and I would be willing to sell everything when it is profitable without paying too much attention to its future.Jump to:
