I hold the shitcoins because we have seen a lot of improvement in the shitcoins too. So hopefully in the future, any shitcoin to given a big profit.

most of them are difficult to accept in the future, only in the middle of their heyday they are very influential, but considering there are things like you said but it's rare to happen among 100 to 5 altcoins that happens.

Maybe you misinterpreted shitcoins. So you say that you get more profit from holding shitcoins. Shitcoins are not in the low-priced sense. Maybe if we look at the current Shiba token with a low value, but Shiba tokens are not classified as shitcoins. If you visit the dextools site, most of the tokens there are shitcoins. There is no official trading, they develop the token and add it to the dex platform, then they buy themselves by adding a high level of Liquidity for people to buy it.

Can you please give an example of such improvement of shitcoins. I never find any.
I think the only reason for holding those shitcoins is we don't want to spend some coins as transaction fee.

I still have dozens of shitcoins that I got from ICOs, giveaways and bounties, unfortunately there is nothing with these shitcoins, the expensive ETH transaction fees make me always cancel if I want to send shitcoins on the market, of course, the hope in the future is that they will immediately make a surprise so valuable.

The same situation is with me.
I have dozens of shitcoins that cost around $ 30 -100 $, but as a rule, they are all on the Ethereum network, and selling them on Uniswap means losing 20% -30%.
Moreover, such small amounts will not solve anything. I think I'll wait until something of this shit grows.

I guess for shitcoin there is no hope of going up in price. As far as I know shitcoin will remain a memory coin that is not sweet, if there is a shitcoin that can rise / bounce back in price it is likely a ratio of 1 in 1000 in other words 0.001% chance of shitcoin being good.

There are some tokens in my ethereum wallet that have lost value to the extent I don't think they can ever recover even if the bull market starts tomorrow due to the level of competition in the altcoin market. I also bought some coins but can't remember the password or name of exchange i bought them on (thinking it was cryptopia) I didn't bother transferring it off the exchange and most of them were bought around 1satoshi.

Back to my ethereum wallet, each time I see those worthless token I just laugh and continue with what I login my wallet to do. If you ask me why I'm still holding does tokens in my wallet I can't give a reply. Why are you still holding those shitcoins sorry altcoin

Its your way on how to treat those shitcoins on your own way by laughing it. But bear in mind some shitcoin revive from the dead and some of them valued token after so many years pass by. We dont know if its going to be a shitcoin forever but the future only can tell.

I will name two main reasons why people keep holding shitcoins. First, because they can not be traded. Due to not being listed, or because they are locked: locked with devs and the project is abandoned, or locked and shitcoin holder must do several actions to unlock them, like buy something. Second and most modern problem - transaction fee cost more then user will get from selling, or trading them wont bring good money. For example I have bunch of altcoins $5-10 worth each, but transaction fee will cost $4-9. I will hold them, instead spending time to earn $1.
it's like being stuck to have shitcoin in our wallet. however, another reason, and this is my personal reason, sometimes for the ERC20 wallet, sometimes the shit tokens that I keep have a price at a later date. although it's not much, but I think that it's okay to hold the shit coin as long as it doesn't bother me. most shitcoins are obtained from airdrops, and that is why many people hold the coins to this day and hope that the project of the coin or token makes the token value.

I also still have some shitcoins from the bounty program about 4 years ago and now they are still not worth in my wallet. even if I sell it for just under $10, and think how high the cost of gas I have to spend to exchange a coun that only costs 5, or 7 dollars only. Finally I decided to just leave it in my wallet, and hope someday it will be worth  Wink

based on the information I got, why do people still maintain shitcoin. because they have been stuck on shitcoin and still hope to get hype for shitcoin. they have not been able to move because their assets are in the shitcoin.

i still keep some tokens in my ethereum wallet for some reasons,
first, the tokens that I have do not have a place of exchange or there is no market available, The two tokens that I have still have a low price (I will sell it when it has a price like the one that has been released on the token roadmap), and the last reason is that the token is still stored in my ethereum wallet because the token is a Scam and it is shitcoin.

Shitcoin usually cannot be resold. We just have to make it a decoration in our wallet. Shitcoin only has the hype once. After that they leave their project and let the tokens circulate on the wallet that has been spread. That's why we can only keep it.

Shitcoin are mostly valueless and selling doesn’t make you any good profit, so i think most people just keep them and hope for a miracle in the future … and hopefully something changes and the tokens later have some valvue and also of the token is listed on binance you can convert your smAll tokens to bnb which is another option
when it's on binance, I doubt it will just remain a shitcoin or have developed into a high-value coin.
nothing can be done with the shitcoin. selling them will only make us lose for transaction fees or even they are not listed on the exchange. this sucks.

I also had some coins that lost their value just because they were coins of scam projects or projects that were hacked, but I prefer to get rid of them so as to forget about this sad experience. But sometimes I can spend more on fees than I wil get swapping them, so I leave them with me.
And in terms of shitcoin, I don’t have any, as I am used to investing in native tokens of projects that I do believe in and had careful research of.

Some coins are destined to die in the wallets of the owners because they have so little value that the transaction is not worth it. Such shitcoins are annoying because the total value may addup to something good but since all these coins cannot be sent or traded together, theywill remain worthless in the wallets unlesmm

Shitcoin has been trend in cryptocurrency now, I don't like shitcoins because they always give me loss and Crypto has been a joke due to these shitcoins.
Your Question is Why are we still holding shitcoins. What can we do except hodl because the gas fee is higher than token price so if we swap them then we will get loss.
- Sometimes we also can't swap as the listing will be removed one by one on most exchanges and that shitcoin becomes the grudges on our wallet, can't give up and it lives like a parasite, shifting our attention to other altcoins will reduce the obnoxiousness of these shitcoins. However, except for this mandatory case, many people also like shitcoin moon plane fairy tales, they keep those shitcoins on exchanges and wait for the bull season to come, these positions in turn have a very high chance of flying because capitalization is extremely easy to manipulate
