Because you may Not live till afternoon so better to take your breakfast as your Last meal.   Grin Grin

I actually don’t really enjoy breakfast, it’s my least favourite meal of the day but I understand why people say it’s the most important. Sometimes I have to force myself to eat in the morning, I like to stay in bed so when I’m tired I’m grumpy & don’t want to do anything.

Breakfast is absolutely the most important meal of the day.
After the body rests for the night you need to replenish nutrients and get your blood sugar levels at their optimal levels.
If I don't prioritize breakfast I often show up to work more stressed out and even if I eat later the rest of the day I am not nearly as effective and typically more irritable.

I actually prefer not to tell anyone to feed this way or that way because what works for me may not work for another. I would simply tell certain people how I feed and they can try it or what works for them as long as they are not doing so in excess or the wrong way with good or bad foods.

In regards to not skipping breakfast, It depends on the kind of food I consume. Light healthy meals in moderation works for me. Skipping breakfast to fast should also be done if you can. You can start little by little by skipping and observing how your body responds to it, if you don't feel well during this period (fasting) you can look for healthy light meal to eat... If it works well for you, you can continue the fast.
I feel quite OK without eating anything at all in the morning.

I think lunch is the most important meal of the day because is the most strong meal  (meat, chicken, soup, beans, mash potatoes sodas...)I only drink a small coffee in the morning and I´m good but I guess that depends on the metabolism of the person

At least if you want to go to work or do other activities at least the stomach is filled even though it's just a piece of bread because without breakfast the stomach becomes empty and concentration can be disturbed
