Yeah indeed BTC took a hit with news the US Justice Department would be launching a criminal investigation probe into price manipulation. but i don't think this will last pretty long and i hope the price will stabilize and rise soon. (remember HODL people !!)

I expect this week BTC will be back 9000 again and the altcoins will the same. The normal way at the end the month BTC will go downtrend a little. Good luck
I heard some big holders has released their BTC in big amount, this is causing the supply increase while demand is still remain. As economic rule, increasing supply while demands is still less then the price should be decreased.

Guys, look at a chart and compare end of 2013/2014 and end of 2017/2018. More or less the same pattern...

But I also think that alts will not go lower than in previous dip(end of March) because they will have higher satoshi value. So we can conclude that BTC dominance will be lower.

I'll just leave the market as it is and won't check the daily price to avoid such temptations of cutting loss or selling at loss. I make myself believe that if we can be with bitcoin at the lowest prices, how it can be with us during it high prices?

This is not even an issue but this is the normal walk of the market. The beginning of 2018 is tough for most of us because until today we are suffering the bear market.
